“Motel impeccabile, tutto perfetto: camera grande e pulita, aree esterne degne di un hotel a 5 stelle Personale gentilissimo ed ottima colazione”

“Very charming place. Really nice view. Very good continental breakfast. Amazing staff. Sarah was so helpful and sweet and has an amazing energy. Anita has been one of the best massage therapist I have encountered. Things that could improve is the maintenance. My bathroom and some part of the room had some chips on the wall's paint and the shower had a rust-like stain around the drain. For the SPA, it would be great to have someone explain to you the amenities if you payed to use them. And I...

“Room was very nice and comfortable, staff was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the stay. The only small problem was the bathroom. The large SQUARE sink was awkward to use. We had to call for help to turn on the shower. It took maintenance (who came right away) a little strength to get the handle to turn.....once on, it worked fine. Might have been a problem with only that room. Meals were excellent and affordable. Casino was well organized. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“It's a great place to stay and very affordable.”

“Second time staying here, this time we had the entire baseball team reserve rooms at this location. Everything was good, really clean Nokia the kids to nice n and”

“We use this hotel often and have for the last eight years. We used to live in Dehesa Valley and we come regularly to visit friends and family. this weekend Unfortunately, we awere having to attend the funeral of our best friend we brought our two sons with us which are 28 and 25 one Son used the pullout sofa bed and the mattress was atrocious. It was springs no padding all springs I mentioned this to the front desk and their solutions to bring up to comforters to pad the top of the mattress. It...

“Great!”

“The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking.”

“Very clean and rustic. Easy check in process. Great location”

“El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on...

“Room was clean, but slightly worn (carpet to hard floor was frayed).”

“Non fornisce colazioni, neanche a pagamento. Non c'è caffè in camera.”

“Interesting and nice hotel. I will return in the future.”
