Appartamento-Hotel nel cuore di Vienna
Eccellente struttura che coniuga la liberta' di un appartamento con la comodita' dei servizi d'hotel (reception, pulizie giornaliere, assistenza, anche la colazione in camera per chi volesse togliersi lo sfizio). Grande appartamento con 2 spaziose camere da letto, cucina abitabile fornita di tutto (con alcune bevande come acqua, succhi e vino di diversi tipi, disponibili in frigo, ovviamente da pagare a parte, come un frigobar) e ben 2 bagni, con sia doccia che vasca! La vista dalle finestre non era un gran che (muri, cortili) ma la posizione della struttura e' perfetta: praticamente al bordo del centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi tutto quello che si vuole vedere di Vienna, S.Stefano, Graben, Hofburg, appartamenti imperiali, museo Sissi e tutto il resto che non ve lo devo certo dire io; se inoltre si vuole andare a Schonbrunn si puo' comodamente prendere la metro "stadtpark" a 5 minuti a piedi e in poche fermate siede davanti allo Schloss! Il costo e' certamente un po piu' alto della media ma complessivamente e' valso veramente la pena concedersi questa sistemazione. Andrea famiglia con figli 4 persone

POSIZIONE STRATEGICA PER VIVERE VIENNA
Per ragioni miste lavoro e turismo abbiamo scelto questo hotel che si è dimostrato all'altezza delle aspettative sopratutto per la posizione. Indubbiamente essendo un Apartment hotel il servizio di sola accoglienza e pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore, ma in generale è da considerarsi buono, l'accordo con un bistrot vicino ha aiutato per la colazione anche se con il disagio di uscire. Comunque se si vuole pernotatre centralmente sfruttando delle occasioni di prezzo interessante è una struttura da consultare sempre. In genere siamo stati soddisfatti.

Stop looking! This is THE place. Clean, safe, friendly, gorgeous interiors, spacious, comfortable beds, updated rooms in an older mansion (combo of old details with new convenience). We had the best stay here. All the niceties and very thoughtful appointments and services. The front desk people were amazing. And bag storage!

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

Our stay at this property was excellent, mostly down to the location and cleanliness and the first receptionist that checked us in, she was fantastic. The room did get quite warm so was recommended to open the windows which helped and the pillows were so filled we couldn't sleep. Eventually we got flatter pillows, however it did take some convincing the guy on reception at 11pm at night to send up some replacements. He initially suggested we wait for house keeping in the morning which was ridiculous since we couldn't sleep with the pillows we had.

Excelente hotel-apartamentos! No tengo nada que decir, más que cosas buenas. El lugar es precioso, como todo Viena, los apartamentos son enormes y cómodos, con cocina, en algunos casos dos baños, las camas son cómodas y hay muchas amenidades, shampoo, pantuflas, la cocina está limpia. Es súper céntrico, a 5 minutos de la catedral.

It’s hard to dislike anything in Vienna. That said, I had a difficult time communicating with the staff prior to our arrival. Email was missed…too complicated to get into. I think we were put into the cheapest unit in the classification of room we booked. There were stairs inside the unit without a handrail. I had specifically filtered for no stairs when I searched because I have severe problems with my balance. How we got that unit I will never know and I was told there was nothing else available. The Concierge staff was mixed. Some were extremely helpful, some were lackadaisical. There were several little things that were missing from the room, like soap in the bathtub, for one. But it was clean and close to the best neighborhood.

Perfekt sted til weekend i Wien
Fantastisk beliggenhed. Tæt på off. Transport også fra lufthavn. Meget rent og godt værelse med lille tekøkken, med alt man har brug for. Meget imødekommende personale. Smuk bygning, stedet kan varmt anbefales.
