Beautiful Apartment near the center

Cozy private apartment, 33qm, fully equipped/furnished, in the 3nd floor of townhouse, very well located in Vienna (5th district). Close to all shops/supermarket (3mn walk), very good public transport connections (subway/U-Bahn, tramway, bus).
The apartment has a TV and a good WIFI connection.
In addition, there is a nice garden in the common areas of the building/house.

l'appartamento all'interno è migliore di quello in foto, rinnovato di recente, ma l'immobile in cui è inserito è decisamente datato e molto trascurato.

Awful place in an awful building, old hot stinchy apartment with a ghost host that was of no help. I had to self check in, and because the address is wrong I had big trouble finding the place. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et notre hôte s'est montré très accomodant sur les horaires. Toutefois l'appartement est vétuste et très sale. Nous avons notamment trouvé des déchets sous le lit. C'est dommage car il est très bien placé.

Die Unterkunft war eine andere als auf dem Bildern gezeigt, und kleiner als die welche auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde. Sie war Recht unsauber es gab war viel Staub am Boden.

Arriving at the apartment, we found that the furnishings did not correspond at all to the pictures on the expedia site. The apartment was not clean (e.g. there was a used glass on the countertop) and there are mold/moisture stains visible on the walls, the upholstery of the chairs is dirty, the inventory is not complete (e.g. in the kitchen there is 1 glass, 2 mugs, 2 spoons, 30 forks and 3 knives) and the bed has 1 blanket and a piece of fabric that should not be called that. The slatted base of the bed is so bad that we sagged through the bed five times in an hour.

El apartamento es bonito, tiene las condiciones para una estancia agradable, pero, lamentablemente, está dentro de un edificio viejo, sucio, mal oliente, sin ascensor. Mantengo mi valoración y los invito a vericarlo.

Das Haus ist schimmlig, die Bausubstanz zerfällt. Alles voller Spinnweben und Schmutz, der Garten verwildert. Das gemütliche Grilleck sieht aus wie ein Sandlertreff. Leere Fladchen und nicht weggeräumtes Geschirr. Die Wohnung war schmutzig. Die Fenster seit Monaten nicht geputzt. Das Bad und WC voller Haare und Schimmel. Handtücher und Klopapier waren nicht da, wurden erst nach einem Anruf meinerseits gebracht. Im Eingansbereich der Wohnung ein voller Aschenbecher. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die ruhige Lage.

It is value for the money, building is old so you can smell it, you can see that is maintained by male, it is not dirty but its also not the cleanest apartment, wi fi very good, it could use some air condition. All in all, for that price it is ok

Die Unterkunft konnten wir an den im Angebot hinterlegten Bildern nicht wiedererkennen. Das Haus schien uns heruntergekommenen, überall Müll, Zigarettekippen und eingeschlagene Fenster. Das Appartement fanden wir in abgewohntem Zustand. Der penetrante Geruch aus dem Bad war unerträglich, die Wäsche war benutzt, Scherben lagen im Spülbecken. Wir haben den Vermieter informiert, dass wir sofort wieder abreisen und unser Geld zurückmöchten. Bisher haben wir nichts erhalten. Diese Unterkunft würden wir in keinem Fall wieder buchen.

El propietario no nos indico la ubicación correcta del piso, por lo que estuvimos rastreando el piso por todo el barrio 2h aproximadamente hasta que después de 20 llamadas nos lo cogio para darnos otras ligeras indicaciones y con suerte conseguimos encontrar el piso.El piso esta bien sobretodo si te quieres adentrar en una gran aventura por las fabelas de viena, también recalcar que como vecino de enfrente tendrás un gran fanático de los felinos y las hortalizas en buen estado!

Wir hatten keine Telefonnummer des Vermieters. Durch Staus vor Wien kamen wir erst 18 Uhr statt 16 Uhr an. Wir kamen an der angegeben Anschrift nicht ins Haus. Der Vermieter war nicht anwesend. Durch die Hilfe eines Pärchens ging die Tür des Hauses auf.Durch Zufall habe ich im ersten Stock eine Klinke betätigt, die Tür war nicht abgeschlossen, so daß wir annahmen wir sind richtig, da auch der Schlüssel auf der Waschmaschine lag. Also sind wir eingezogen, sonst hätten wir auf der Straße übernachten müssen. Die Geheimniskrämerei im Vorfeld kann ich nicht nicht nachvollziehen. Keine Anschrift,keine Telefonnummern, Wir waren schon 2 x in Wien mit Ihrem Unternehmen, so etwas gab es noch nie. 2 x ist der Lattenrost der Betten durchgebrochen, so das ich erst mal die Latten wieder einsetzen mußte. Dann kam durch den Vermieter sie sind in der falschen Wohnung. Na toll!!!!. Mit Euch nie wieder!!

Um ehrlich zu sein, war ich mit dieser Unterkunft sehr unzufrieden. Im Badezimmer hat es nach Abwasser gerochen. Die Wohnung sah nicht aus wie es Dargestellt wurde. In der Wohnung war eine brütende Hitze, insbesondere mit einem defekten Ventilator.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut man ist schnell in allen Teilen Wiens und die U-Bahn ist nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft leider sehr dreckig, sodass das Geschirr nocheinmal gespült werden musste, bevor man es benutzen konnte. Zudem ist in der Dusche sehr viel Schimmel, der auch unangenehm riecht. Der Preis ist zwar äußerst günstig, aber Schimmel im Bad muss deswegen trotzdem nicht sein.

Auch wenn die Wegbeschreibung auf Fewo-direkt uns einwenig verwirrt hat, haben wir dank Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gut und ohne Probleme einchecken können. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an der U-Bahn mit der man in kürzester Zeit ganz einfach ins Stadtinnere gelangt. Wir waren sehr begeistert.

Eigentlich hätten wir eine andere Wohnung zugeteilt bekommen, aber der Vermieter hat uns kurzfristig eine andere Wohnung gegeben, da in unserer noch andere Personen wohnten. Desweiteren, hat er erst als wir schon angekommen sind, die Wohnung sauber gemacht (Bettzeug gewechselt, Handtücher ausgetauscht, Staub gesaugt). Im Haus und in der Wohnung selbst war kein angenehmer Geruch und wir haben das Fenster dauerhaft offen lassen müssen. Neben Schimmel im Bad und lockerem Klokasten, waren auch in der Küche noch Essensreste von anderen Besuchern zu finden. Wer es braucht, konnte den Fernseher benutzen und auch das zur Verfügung gestellte Sky.

Nettes Appartement in Innenstadtnähe mit guter Anschließung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ein typisches abgerocktes Wiener Zinshaus aus der Jahrhundertwende. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug ist mit eRoller etwas mühsam aber für den Preis! Wenn der Preis stimmt dann sieht man mich dort wieder.

Appartement dégoûtant, sol sale. Toilette utilisée et non nettoyée. Draps des locataires précédents sales, nous avons été dans l’obligation de faire une lessive des draps et couettes pour pouvoir dormir le soir ! Nettoyage complet de la cuisine et salle de bain avant de pouvoir les utiliser. Poubelle des précédents locataires à descendre. C’est la pire expérience que nous avons vécu depuis que nous louons par Abritel. Heureusement que Vienne est une très belle ville !
