Il sapore della tradizione si rispecchia negli arredi, ma soprattutto nella cortesia ed educazione del molteplice personale, anche nei giorni di Natale. Le stanze non sono molto grandi, ma più che confortevoli. I bagni perfetti. Il cibo, soprattutto i dolci molto buoni (anche se un po' cari). La location è perfetta, adiacente al centro e al Teatro dell'Opera. Vicino anche ai Musei. I costi delle camere sotto Natale sono piuttosto elevati, ma è comprensibile. Molto consigliabile

Peccato per il mancato funzionamento del riscaldamento nella prima camera, però subito sostituita. Se le valigie fossero state trasferite altrettanto velocemente non avremmo vissuto altro che un’ottima esperienza, andrà meglio la prossima volta, ne sono sicura😁

Nel mito
Non saprei che dire, è stato tutto perfetto. Come diceva la guida, "il Sacher non è un hotel, è una leggenda". Leggenda ancora viva e vegeta, standard altissimi. Per non parlare della posizione, nel cuore di Vienna, vicina (a piedi) a tutte le principali attrazioni del centro. Insomma, fantastico. Ovviamente, il prezzo è commisurato.

Bello ma non da 5 stelle
Belle le camere e ottima la posizione centrale. Servizio non all'altezza delle 5 stelle e del prezzo. Richiesto giornale in camera, mai pervenuto in tre giorni, primo giorno hanno sostenuto che il giornalaio non era passato, il secondo e terzo giorno semplicemente hanno glissato. Cipolla della doccia che perdeva e acqua che usciva dalla porta della doccia (risultato tappetino per i piedi completamente bagnato). Sinceramente deludente e caro.

In assoluta armonia con lo stile viennese
A Vienna in famiglia a capodanno per la seconda volta e sempre al Sacher. Siamo stati ospitati, su nostra richiesta, nella stessa suite del 2011 che abbiamo trovato rifatta ed ancora piú bella. L'esperienza nuova, apprezzata tanto, é stata la cena, molto bella e suggestiva, servitaci in camera prima della mezzanotte al ritorno dal concerto dei Wiener che conclusosi dopo le 22 non ci avrebbe consentito di partecipare al cenone nel ristorante preparato per gli altri ospiti. Prima la musica nella Sala d'Oro del Musikverein e poi la cena nella suite Don Giovanni del Sacher é stato come vivere un sogno!!!

Il sacher e un hotel perfetto. Personale preciso ed efficiente. Camere ad alto livello, interni,hall,servizi di prim ordine.ottimo ristorante,prima colazione bar e caffetteria.la conciergerie sempre precisa e puntuale ad ogni richiesta di piccoli aiuti organizzativi.servizio limousine per giro città straordinario.autista laureato e disponibile ad ogni informazione ed itinerario culturale.ci ha fatto scoprire angoli di Vienna non previsti nei giri turistici classici.se torneremo a Vienna,sicuramente sceglieremo lo stesso hotel.

Hotel Sacher - Vienna vissuta con la sobria eleganza della migliore tradizione austriaca.
Il personale è gentilissimo. Gli ambienti esprimono grande fascino. Foto di presidenti, artisti e noti personaggi che vi hanno soggiornato ci ricordano la storia dell'albergo. Dopo le 10 di sera elegantissime signore in lungo e uomini in smoking affollano le sale per il dopo teatro, sempre con toni sobri e di gran classe perfettamente intonati all'hotel. Comodissimo per vivere il centro della grande Vienna con i suoi musei, teatri, caffè e ristoranti. SPA e fitness sono bellissime. E, poi, bocconcini di torta Sacher all'arrivo e alla partenza: una delizia.

We had 4 nights at the iconic Sacher hotel. Not only this hotel is amazingly beautiful but the gem there is the Staff. From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too. The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury. The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna. We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details. We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. Vienna is a beautiful city and staying at the Sacher Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable holiday.

오스트리아 호텔 자허 무조건 추천합니다.
저는 신혼여행이기때문에 가능했는데 돈만 가능하면 또 묶고 싶은 생각이 있을정도로 비엔나 느낌이 물씬나는 호텔이었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고 서비스 최고며 연식이 있는 호텔이지만 관리가 잘 되어있고 특색이 두두러지는 호텔입니다.

It has a charm of its own. Staff are very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We wanted to go to the Opera and be able to walk around the center. Great location. Dinner at the hotel was great.

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Zeit im Hotel Sacher. Das Hotel ist wirklich einzigartig und spiegelt den Flair von Wien wieder. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Oper und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das macht das Hotel perfekt geeignet für einen Städtetrip. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und super zuvorkommend. Ich habe noch nirgends so einen einzigartigen Service und so eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Der Concierge Service sowie Room-Service sind 24/7 erreichbar und über ein iPad im Zimmer buchbar. Die Speisen sowohl in den Restaurant als auch im Café sind einmalig und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön dem Wiener Stil entsprechend eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Alles ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkte waren, dass im Bad keine Fußbodenheizung verfügbar war und es daher sehr kalt war und dass wir leider trotz der Zimmerkategorie einer Juniorsuite keine Teeauswahl auf dem Zimmer hatten. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit das Hotel weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Ein Aufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals ist exhorbitant. Selten habrn wir einen solchen Wohlfühlfaktor erlebt. Insbesondere Micki aus dem Concierge-Team war extrem servuceoriwntiert und hat uns auch in die Historie des Hauses involviert und die anderen DSacher-Hotels schmackhaft gemacht.

Eine der ganz grossen Adressen in Wien - wenn nicht sogar in ganz Europa. Von der Ankunft am Flughafen bis zur Fahrt zurück an den Flughafen war einfach alles top. Das Hotel Sacher lässt keine Wünsche offen.
