L'accoglienza e la disponibilità della struttura è stata positiva. Il residence appartamento rispecchia fedelmente le foto presenti sul sito prenotato.

Spartanische, aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Als ich um 15:20 an einem Freitag ankam, war schon niemand vom Stuff mehr anzutreffen, obwohl die Rezeption bis 16:00 Uhr besetzt sein sollte. Der (kleine) Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Hauskeeping war für das komplette Wochenende nicht anzutreffen. Getränke oder irgendetwas an Speisen wurden, bis auf die kleine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer und drei Nespresso Kapseln für meinen Aufenthalt bis Sonntag nicht angeboten. Es gab auch keinen Automaten. Schlafen war ok, aber die Polyesterdecke zu warm und das Kissen etwas verklumpt. Alles in allem nur ausreichende Zufriedenheit.

Sie hätten uns schreiben können, das im Apartment der TV nicht funktioniert wir haben keinen Wochendienst.Salz , Pfeffer, Zucker, Teebeutel und Kaffeetaps sind gratis dabei.Da wir einen Schlüsselsafe vor dem Eingangsbereich haben und ich jeden Gast die Beschreibung mitteile ist meine Anwesenheit nicht erforderlich.Regina Thurner

In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, Spar-Markt direkt nebenan und Bäckerei keine hundert Meter entfernt. 5 Minuten bis zur Bademöglichkeit an der Neuen Donau. Leider war es sehr heiß und die "Klimaanlage" (nicht im Schlafzimmer) war deutlich überfordert.

Ideal if you have been to Vienna Before
Clean, tidy and excellent location. Plenty of storage of a longer stay and kitchen space for 'light' cooking. Good facilities including large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in the room plus larger washing area and garden in the block. Location allows you to appreciate the Donau area for pleasant strolls - plenty of supermarkets and local eateries near by. U-Bahn about 10 mins walk and bus just a block over.

A gem of a place. Excellent. Very good for disabled travelers. Easy access to elevator. Do be careful if you are a business traveler. You need to contact the hotel beforehand. There is no 24 hour desk... Contact them first!! Very important.

Very comfortable stay in Vienna
We stayed in this apartment hotel for about 30 days. The room was equipped with everything we need... kitchen, cutlery, wash machine. The tidy kitchen was very nice and we cooked almost everyday. The room is cleaned well everyday and most significant thing is the friendly and warm welcome from the staff. I will definitely recommend this apartment hotel to my family and friends.

Good value.
Owners/staff were friendly and accommodating. Made allowances for early check-in (pending room availability) and luggage storage. Fuss-free check in/out. Interior of the apartment was clean and adequately stocked with bathing/cooking amenities. Big plus point of having a Billa supermarket just around the corner. Neighbourhood also noise-free and not much traffic, so conducive for sleeping/resting. Small downside of having to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest metro station. Overall good value for money - would return to stay =)

Like all places we have stay at in Europe, the pillows are soft and the beds are hard. The Residenz Donaucity really suited our needs, it had a washing machine, a kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove and oven. The lounge converts to a double bed and with roller shutters on all the windows you can have a pitch black room. It has a nice garden out the back and an underground garage with a lift. This was convenient as we had a rental. The parking was €15. It is a ten minute easy walk to the train station or the hop-on-hop-off bus. There is a well stocked grocery store just around the corner.

Geräumiges Appartment nahe Vienna Int. Centre
Das Appartmenthotel liegt in fußläufiger Nähe zur UnoCity bzw. zum Vienna International Centre und zur Bahn in die Stadt U1. Zu den Messehallen und zum Prater ist es ein weiterer Fußweg. Wenn man Kongressbesucher ist, hat man ein geräumiges Appartent mit Wohnzimmeer, Küchenzeile, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Nachts ist es ruhig, die Umgebung bis auf die Flussuferpromenade eher nicht interessant. Insgesamt nicht schick, aber funktonal und für ein zwei Personen o.k.Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut, der Service ebenfalls. Im Garten ist ein Pool, also für heiße Tage evtl. interessant.

The place is in a convenient place, the reception person was awesome and very sweet. I would highly recommend living there. The coffee is awesome :)! Great shower pressure!!

I did not receive any mail to inform me about getting in since I went on Saturday. Hotels.com sorted this out after 30 minutes on the phone. Nearer to Danube river and congress center.

This is a great value but they have a minimum night stay If you are arriving on the weekend or late they'll provide instructions to access the room The pool wasn't open ( in May) The rooms have a kitchen with a clothes washer, dryer & iron in the basement

Clean, fully-equipped apartment
Well-equipped apartment with fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and oven. The hours at reception were quite limited, but they were friendly and helpful. One problem was the fridge was switched off and I didn't realize, leaving food in it overnight. Apartment was a 10-minute walk from the U1 line, which takes about 7 minutes to get into central Vienna.

Nice, fully furnished and clean small apartment. With all the amenities: stove, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and laundry washer. Quiet district of Vienna, close to UN and metro( U-Bahn). Direct bus service to the airport from the metro station

Good location ro explore Vienna
The checkin was simple and included parking in the underground garage. The apartment was well laid out with separate bedroom and good size closets. The kitchen was large and well equipped with a two burner stove top. The garden was very nice and colorful with a covered pool. The Ubahn station is about a ten minute walk.

A bit far from city center but highly recommended
It's not so near to city center or even subway station, but thanks to it we visited beautiful Donaube along river bank. The room is warm and neat, equipped with everything you need - electronic stove, microwave, oven, tablewares, dish washer and washing machine - just remember to buy some washing powder! The staffs are friendly and responsible. Overall it's highly recommended.
