Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
posizione centrale a soli 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram e della metro, ma è anche raggiungibile tutto a piedi se si ha voglia di camminare. la stanza si presenta più piccola rispetto alle foto, ma comunque molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort, unica nota dolente la pulizia, sia per quanto riguarda l’arrivo dove abbiamo trovato il letto con diversi peli e capelli sia per la pulizia durante il soggiorno, visto che non è stata effettuata,sarebbe stato gradevole ricevere almeno il cambio della biancheria.

Stabile vecchio senza ascensore, il nostro appartamento era al terzo piano. Appartamento moderno, silenzioso e confortevole. Vicino c'è supermercato, farmacia, un bel parco pubblico e fermata metropolitana e tram per il centro.

appartamento consigliatissimo
Durante il nostro viaggio a Vienna abbiamo avuto il piacere di alloggiare nell'appartamento 3A e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento non è grande ma è dotato di tutto il necessario (stoviglie varie, 2 fuochi, forno microonde, lavastoviglie, asciugacapelli, frigo, freezer, asse da stiro, cassaforte, ecc...), inoltre è posizionato davvero bene a pochi minuti a piedi da diverse stazioni, in una zona tranquilla e ricca di centri commerciali dove poter fare la spesa. La posizione è anche comoda per chi ama camminare, difatti in 20 minuti si arriva tranquillamente in centro a Vienna. Lo spostamento da e per l'aereoporto, l'abbiamo fatto utilizzando la metro S7 (senza nemmeno fare cambi) e ci abbiamo impegato 26 minuti.

Sehr einfacher Check-in. Funktioniert über Codesystem, dass rechtzeitig zugesendet wird. Wohnung ist toll gelgen. Keine 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn - 5 Minuten zu der Straßenbahn. Wohnung ist echt ruhig - liegt auch parallel zur Taborstrasse. Sehr sauber, alles da was man in einer FeWo braucht.Würden wir wieder buchen.

The apartment is dark and stuffy. There were ants and spiders in the toilet. I informed the operator that I would be staying with my grown-up son and asked if there was a sofa - since there was in the photo on the website. I received no reply. There was no sofa and when I asked to change flats, the answer was that there was no other apartment. Instead my son slept on the floor.

The good: very convenient location, apartment was a good size and parking is available close by for reasonable rates. The bad: we had apartment 4 and it was literally across where the garbage was kept for the entire building. Keeping a window open was not an option due to the smell and noise. On top of being right next to the garbage it was also right next to the designated smoking area for the entire building. Not pleasant! The apartment was superficially clean. For example the sofa bed had nasty stains below on the mattress below the sheets and we had ants all over the counters and table. Neither the bed or the sofa bed were comfortable. The sofa was as hard as a brick and the bed was less than comfortable. Overall it was quite disappointing. Maybe a different apartment would have been better but there's no way I would recommend apartment 4 to anyone in its current condition.

Toller Urlaub, mit kleinen Mängeln
Extrem nervig war, das es keine Haltemöglichkeit zum Ausladen gab und ständig Autos ankamen. Die Straße ist dazu noch eine Einbahnstraße. Der versprochene Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) war belegt. 1. Nacht also an anderem Parkplatz nach Hotline-Empfehlung geparkt. Dann umgeparkt und das Laden vom E-Auto war jetzt nicht so einfacht, weil es keinen Kartenleser gab. Hat aber mit BMW Mini-App dann geklappt. Der in der Beschreibung des Parkhauses angegeben Weg zum Laden funktioniert leider nicht. Sollte eigentlich mit Parkticket abgerechnet werden können. An dem Parkplatz wo ein Ticketleser war, stand aber ständigt ein eigenes Firmenauto und hat diesen Blockiert! Silikonfugen an Wanne sollten erneurt werden und die Revisonstür (Kamin?) in der Badewanne sollten verschlossen werden. Ansonsten super toll, gepflegt und sauber.

Très bien
Appartement agréable, propre et bien équipé. Par contre le canapé est très inconfortable et dur. Seul regret, notre appartement au rez de chaussée était peu lumineux et donne sur une cour avec des poubelles et baucoup de vis à vis. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes plutôt contents de ce logement.

Too early check out time
The apartment is cozy and nice. However, the check out time is the earliest I’ve ever encountered in my travelling experience. They request guests to checkout at 10am and any checkout between 10-12pm count as a late checkout and request a fee of 15 euro.

Very good.
Spotless apartment in a calm area of Vienna. Great kitchen, great bed, good space. One thing that is weird is the bathroom area. The toiled is in a room, and the sink to wash your hand is in a separate room, with the shower. Other than that, nothing bad to say about this place, fantastic stay, excelent for a couple.

Lautes Apartment - nicht zu empfehlen
Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet. Gut renoviert. Auf unsere Wünsche bezüglich Gitterbett und Hochstuhl wurden eingengegangen. ABER: Das Apartment grenzte an einen kleinen Innenhof mit guter Akustik. Wenn jemand das Fenster offen hat, dann schallt es quer durch den kleinen Innenhof. Man hat die Lärmbelästigung selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Des Weiteren hört man Schritt der Wohnung darüber (?daneben?) durch das Wohnzimmer hallen (vibrieren). Aus diesen zwei Gründen möchte wir das Apartment NIEMANDEN weiter empfehlen. PS.: Auf der Couch kann man nicht länger als eine Minute sitzen. Sie ist viel zu hart und umbequem. Das Geld für das eingravierte "S" für Steiner Residences hätte man für eine vernünftigere Couch ausgeben sollen.

Shower needs fixing
The room was very nice, however the shower had its problems. Firstly it was very small, second the water pressure was very low, but worst of all the temperature of the water constantly changed, so it was impossible to take a normal regular shower, and doing the summer after a full day, not being able to shower normally is a very big setback

Allez y les yeux fermés. Tout était parfait, l appartement est très propre et rien ne manque. La literie est très confortable, cuisine complète, très bonne wi-fi, télé avec Netflix, très spacieux et à proximité des transports et des magasins alimentaires. Très bonne communication et très réactif. Ma fille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour malgré le temps maussade. Merci à vous.

Petit voyage très sympa
Petit voyage des quelques jours pour découvrir Vienne. Appartement bien situé, facile d’accès, très propre. Un peu trop chauffé à l’arrivée mais ça se règle très facilement avec le chauffage réversible !

Machen Sie allen Kunden eine Freude und entsorgen das Sofa, am Abend auf diesem harten Folterinstrument fern zu sehen ist unmöglich ohne danach Rückprobleme zu haben. Sonst war die Unterkunft in Ordnung.
