the hotel overall is good. The rooms are well equipped, quiet. The single room perhaps a little small. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and of good quality (both savory and sweet). The hotel is in a convenient position to reach both the subway and the tram and in a few minutes you are in the center. I recommend the Hotel

New, design hotel close to city center
I stayed for 6 nights in August. The hotel proved to be very close to many areas of interest, especially the city center and the Museum Quarter. Staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was always cleaned discreetly and impeccably. Attention to detail is spread through the hotel, e.g. ambient perfume is used only in common areas. I found as a very nice welcome a complimentary large bottle of fresh water (a rarity in Vienna!) and a plate of fruits. The room faced the inner court and was very quiet.

Un buon hotel per valutazione 4 stelle
Per poche ore di sonno va benissimo. Da un hotel 5 stelle mi aspettavo però francamente di più. L'arredamento, smaccatamente moderno, denota un certo gusto ma la manutenzione non è perfetta: mobili un po' scrostati, qualità discutibile. La dimensione della stanza (singola) non è particolarmente ampia, comunque accettabile per un breve soggiorno. Il bagno, pulito e con bella doccia, dispone del minimo indispensabile di amenities: anche in questo caso abbastanza scarso considerato il rating della struttura. Buona e adeguata, in quantità e qualità, la prima colazione. Personale cortese. Zona vicina al centro, accessibile a piedi. Nel complesso, un onesto hotel che valuterei 4 e non 5 stelle secondo gli standard italiani.

Nice location. Walkable around the Christmas markets and other touristy attractions. Lots of choices with the breakfast buffet.

Clean room with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking courtyard. Room was on the small side, but we were only there to sleep, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Property was near restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Definitely not 5 star
Very difficult to get to as U2 metro line (nearest) is closed and trams stopped working so had to walk a very long way in the snow to get there. No empathy on arrival. Rooms small and very very dimly lit and dark furniture even with all lights on, but bathroom was ok, service at reception was reception was variable, some very good and helpful but others nonchalant, the biggest issue was that the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays, the rooms are very hot and difficult to cool because in winter you can only heat them not cool and in summer only cool and not heat. Definitely not 5 star, but near to one of Xmas markets, and once cracked the trams, got around ok,

Feels like 5 star!!
We arrived after staying in 4 different 4* hotels in Portugal and Hungary. Particularly after arriving Panorama Hotel in Hungary that felt like 2 star in comparison. 1) Fabulous breakfast 2) Perfect location 10-20 min walk to all Centre attractions 3) Beautiful rooms 4) Nice helpful staff

Modern and close to many things
Nice modern hotel within walking distance to many sights. A/C was strong which made for comfortable nights. Room had a smart TV which was nice! Unfortunately the parking garage was full so I had to find alternative parking elsewhere. Also it’s really hard to load and unload at the hotel. This resulted in a ticket from the police, which I didn’t find very tourist friendly. But overall a nice hotel

Excellent hôtel. Welle furbishded and great rooms. Few stepways from the ring, easy to go everywher by foot or tram (I did everything by foot). Nice and helpful people full of original ideas . High
