“Perfect location to get around and was close to nearby food. AC in the bedroom was very helpful in the heat of the days and nights. Host was kind and accommodating. ”

“Great house with lots of character. There are AC units in the bedrooms, but not the rest of the house. There are lots of stray cats and chickens, and the host provides feed for both, if you are an animal lover. My little girl LOVES animals, so she had a great time feeding the animals and enjoying them. She was disappointed that the roosters would not let her pet them or hold them ;) We had a large family group, but this host worked with our hosts across the street so we could all stay close...

“This is your place to stay on Vieques! The inside of the apartment far exceeded what we expected. There is a nice secluded balcony where you can sit and listen to the coqui or wait for the iguana to lay on his branch directly in front of you. The street where the apartment is on has several restaurants including Mama Mia's, a pizza place that rivals anything found in the continental US. Be sure and stop at the breakfast place across the street Piu Bello that also serves gelato.”

“A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...
