It is disappointing that you have these views and that we did not have the opportunity to discuss with you to resolve. We are always striving to deliver the service that our guests expect and what we expect of ourselves but it seems that we have fallen short of these expectation in some areas. First of all, we regrettably noted that this experience did not leave you with good impression and we sincerely apologize. Related to your concerns about residence register, we do know that each locality has its own policy. In Phu Tho, the local police require the original citizen ID card for this, it’s obligatory and out of control. We understand that it’s so complicated but we just can do as the government requirement. About the discussion though groups hotline, there may have been some misunderstanding and we had a meeting with our head office about this problem, we definitely take your comments seriously in our quest to improve. Your satisfaction is most important to us. I hope we can welcome you back to the hotel in the near future and would certainly like the opportunity to meet.
