“We all liked the spacious rooms which had all the facilities needed. It also was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You could not fault the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. The menu had plenty of choices Vietnamese and Western food. “L’hotel nella zona dell’old quarter di Hanoi è davvero molto carino . Il personale parla inglese sono tutti molto gentili . La colazione è per la maggior parte salata ma c’è anche frutta e qualche dolce. Stanza spaziosa con terrazzino. Anche se di giorni fuori c’è il caos più totale ( come nel resto della città), di notte è silenziosa. Sono forniti anche accappatoio e ciabatte . Super consigliato ”

“This was one of my absolute favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful but also not pushy. They had a quiet but comforting presence and treated their guests with great care. “Staff are liars, made me pay for towels cleaning their bathroom, not helpful or reasonable, bed was hard as rock, I had to call reception each time I needed air conditioning in the room so there was no point having the dial in the room as it doesn’t work, slippers were made out what seemed like paper and they didn’t have basic amenities such as cotton buds or cotton pads”

“Excellent upmarket hotel, modern and sleek equipped with good amenities, located on top of steep road making it not ideal to walk around though, well presented reception staff but somewhat disorganised at the check-in hence in need of some improvement, all amenities very good, breakfast is a delightful buffet serving wide ranging menus appealing to every palate.
