“The Apartments at JW Marriott were perfect for our stay in Ho Chi Minh. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was spacious well decorated and had a beautiful view overlooking the hotel pool and city from the balcony. We booked the apartment with breakfast included. We were blow away by the breakfast buffet that was provided at the JW Cafe. Duong in the cafe was so polite and friendly always welcoming us with a smile. Hotel staff were all so polite. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and...

“Worst stay I’ve had in four months of traveling in Vietnam. We were given a room that was a very small loft with narrow stairs up to the bed. Looked nothing like the photos on the website. After a few nights we decided it was not working out. We had paid for five nights in advance and asked for the remaining three night to be refunded via an Expedia agent. “It was ok. The staff were very kind and polite. The property is a bit out of where I was needing and the amnesties were a little less than what I was expecting. But overall...if you are not needing more than breakfast...it is a great place.”
