We had booked two deluxe quadruple rooms, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we encountered was shocking. “I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal. ”

“Room okay. Bathroom way smaller than shown in your site. Moved two 3 rooms within one week. Shower, TV, door key not working. No basic amenities like, tea bags, coffee powder, hand towels, hair dryer, microwave, mini refrigerator, iron or ironing birds. Dust on windows, mirror & toilet dirty. ”
