“Very good room clean room and staff was great”

“The room was 85F when entering at 11:50PM. With the AC running at full until 2AM the temperature was 79F. Staff could not get the TV remote to work. By 3AM the room was 77F and humid. Call ahead and ask them to turn on the AC or look at a different property”

“The hotel was in great shape. One issue I reported to the front desk: the linkage between the sink drain and the above-sink lever was disconnected....should be an easy fix”

“Everything was great and as advertised. This was not the first time we have stayed at this location. Every time we have stayed at this location in the spring and summer the hotel has been full of young kids associated with club sports.”

“The building or my room was as basic as it gets. Quite uninviting and unwelcoming - as I said - very basic. You can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Shower stream was very weak, but water temp was good - hot. Bathroom door was creaking For 3 night's stay - we asked for room to be cleaned only to get back and was same. Not once was it cleaned. My wife and I were left wondering if this was typical of Tru By Hilton or was it because this was near a college campus?”
