“We rented this cabin for the weekend of the App State Homecoming. The cabin is exactly as described, well appointed and had a fantastic view of Grandfather Mountain. Arriving after dark amid snow and wind, we entered a cozy cabin with gas logs, beautiful furnishings and plenty of room to spread out. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!”

“Carol has thought of everything needed for a mountain escape in the most wonderful cabin. The cabin is surrounded by trees with vistas all around. So many places to gather together. The late afternoon fire pit was one of our favourite. Comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and pillows. Carol was easily accessible and helpful. The location is close to App State, Boone, Blowing Rock Grandfather’s Mountain and so much more. We highly recommend staying there and hope to be back ourselves again....
