The views from the house, especially that from the pool, rival those of the Dolimiti but the area of Lunigana is undiscovered and was such a pleasure to explore. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. “Das Haus - eine wunderschön restaurierte und auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik entwickelte historische Mühle - ist perfekt für größere Familien oder Freundesgruppen. Das historische Gebäudeensemble befindet sich unmittelbar an einem rauschenden Bach, der klingt wie ein reißender Fluss, aber kaum tiefer als 30cm ist. Das Anwesen besitzt diverse Wiesen, kleine Lichtungen und Wasserzugänge, so dass selbst größere Gruppen hier unterschiedlichen Interessen nachgehen können ohne einander zu stören....

“Trés bien située pour explorer les cinq terres et la région de Lerrici. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Le bémol est de dire que la piscine fait 5m sur 3m, je pense qu'elle est bien plus petite.Cela vient de l'annonce (pas d'anna lisa).”

“We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!”

“La maison est comme sur les photos avec tous les accessoires nécessaires à un bon séjour. La vue est magnifique - on voit jusqu’à la mer, et la maison reste fraîche pour passer des nuits paisibles. Le jardin est tres luxuriant et la piscine bien fraîche pour se rafraîchir après les balades au soleil.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Location. Nachbarn gibt es quasi keine. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und sicher umzäunt, was wir wegen unseres Hundes als sehr hilfreich empfanden. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Franco ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen aller Art gegeben hat. Und schliesslich, nicht jede Location bietet einem einen Blick aufs Meer und die alte Burg direkt vom Pool aus...”

“Un super séjour entre amis dans une grande maison ancienne bien équipée a l intérieur et extérieur avec plusieurs possibilités de terrasse. Un seul bémol pour cette maison ancienne c est de passer par une des chambres pour accéder à une autre. C est dommage car à plusieurs couples c est pas évident ”

“Beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The place where you can eat outside is an ideal spot, it is always pleasant there even in very hot weather. We really recommended this house. Owners are very friendly. Only point to take into account is that you always have to drive a long way for groceries or excursions.”
