Hotel in zona Villago, Casa Grande

“Tree only stayed one night, but hotel was clean and comfortable. I didn’t not partake in the breakfast but hubby did and said it was just ok, but mom said waffles were good. Has little store with water and snacks, which was convenient.”

“I booket a two night stay and choose the option to pay at hotel but the hotel try to take the money off my card but they couldn't do they canceled my reservation and when we got there they said nothing tell the next day and that's when I found out what they did they the charged me two nights but only stayed one night it was $197 for one night Do not trust the hotel staff to help in any way”

“My stay was cut short on July 4th due to a security issue on property. The parking lot and outside property was being used by the general public to view the fireworks. This led to rude comments from people not staying at the hotel. We were unable to enjoy the facilities as we had expressly booked for that reason. The front desk staff were apologetic but unable to resolve the security issue. (Also had a back entrance blocked open with a rock). Asked to speak to manager but they were not...

“Juan is helpful as a desk clerk but could use a little more manners and people skills but the house keepers are super friendly and helpful there all around amazing!! The hole hotel needs help but I mean for the price you pay is what you get!! There is no pool even though it’s advertised as having one!!”

“The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet.”

“Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. In my opinion she should have said hello and welcome if she was an employee. She was not in a uniform or name tag to suggests...
