Graziosa e accogliente villetta su due livelli presso il Residence "I Borghi", alle porte di Villasimius, 400 metri dal centro.
Le spiagge si trovano a pochi minuti di auto dalla villetta. ll complesso è dotato di piscina (utilizzo gratuito), campo da tennis (utilizzo a pagamento), box auto coperto privato. Al Piano terra: cucina/soggiorno dotata di lavatrice e tv; antibagno e bagno. Primo piano: camera matrimoniale con ulteriore lettino pieghevole, veranda, cameretta con due letti singoli, bagno. L'aria condizionata è presente in tutte le stanze. Nel giardino, dove è possibile sistemare un tavolo per mangiare, è presente un barbecue e una doccia esterna. La villetta è in ottime condizioni, recentemente ristrutturata, con la presenza di un impianto fotovoltaico e solare termico. Può ospitare un massimo di 5 persone. Gli animali non sono ammessi. A pochi passi dalla villetta si trovano tre supermercati. La piscina è aperta nei mesi di luglio e agosto, negli orari stabiliti dal condominio, ed è presente un bagnino in loco. A richiesta sono a disposizione asciugamani bagno e spiaggia e biancheria da letto. È previsto un costo aggiuntivo per la pulizia finale della casa ed eventuale lavaggio biancheria qualora se ne dovesse usufruire. Villasimius è una rinomata località balneare, durante il giorno si può scegliere tra svariate spiagge con sabbia finissima e acque cristalline, passeggiate a cavallo, partite a golf, gite in barca, pesca subacquea, mentre la sera il paesino si anima di musica, spettacolini in strada, colorate bancarelle. Ampia la scelta tra ristoranti e locali notturni. La zona è adatta sia a famiglie in cerca di tranquillità e relax, che a gruppi di amici in cerca di divertimento e svago.

Nice and cosy small villa on two levels at the Residence 'I Borghi', 400 metres from the centre of Villasimius.
The beaches are only a few minutes by car from the cottage. The complex has a swimming pool (free use), tennis court (paid use), private covered garage. Ground floor: kitchen/living room equipped with washing machine and TV; ante-bathroom and bathroom. First floor: double bedroom with additional fold up bed, veranda, small bedroom with two single beds, bathroom. Air conditioning is present in all rooms. In the garden, where it is possible to place a table for eating, there is a barbecue and an outside shower. The villa is in excellent condition, recently renovated, and has a photovoltaic and solar thermal system. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. Animals are not allowed. There are three supermarkets within walking distance of the cottage. The swimming pool is open in July and August, at the times established by the condominium, and there is a lifeguard on site. Bath and beach towels and bed linen are available on request. There is an extra charge for the final cleaning of the house and any washing of linen should you need it. Villasimius is a popular seaside place. During the day you can choose from a variety of beaches with fine sand and crystal-clear water, horse riding, golfing, boat trips, and underwater fishing, while in the evening the village comes alive with music. There is a wide choice of restaurants and nightclubs. The area is suitable both for families seeking tranquillity and relaxation and for groups of friends looking for fun and entertainment.
