Gîte located 2 km from the lovely village of Villecheneve in the Monts du Lyonnais area, in hamlet consisting of a few houses including that of the owner and his farm shed. It is set in a former family farm building typical of the region (totally renovated in 2022), below a small country road. The gîte is made of 2 self-contained sets, each one for 6 people, that can be connected thanks to a double internal door. Guests may have meals together either in the living room of the 1st set or that of the 2nd one. Spacious and confortable interior, tastefully renovated. 1st set 'Côté Cour': on the ground floor (with disabled access, except laundry room), living room with kitchen /dining /lounge areas (double sofa bed). Laundry room with washing machine & deep freeze (2 steps for access). Hall (closet wardrobe). 1 bedroom (double bed). Shower room. Separate Wc. Upstairs : small hall leading to 1 bedroom (2 single beds). 2nd set 'Côté Jardin' : on the ground floor, entrance in the kitchen via terrace (1 step). Laundry room/boiler room (2 steps for access), open living room (accessed via 2 other stairs, dining area, lounge area with sofa/coffee table). Hall. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 family room with double bed and bunk beds), shower room, separate Wc. Outdoors : 'Côté Cour' is accessed via a wooden gate opening onto a covered area, private enclosed courtyard (not overlooked) with parking area, garden furniture, covered area. 'Côté Jardin' has unclosed garden to front with gravelled terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs. Parking. Beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and further the Monts du Forez. Many walks possible from the gîte. Medieval leisure park 13 km away.
