“The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. ”

“Ottimo appartamento per 6 persone. Due ampie camere, una con soppalco per niente angusto con due letti singoli, uno a scomparsa. Posizione comodissima, vicino alla metro, ma anche ottima per passeggiate fuori dai soliti percorsi turistici. Abbiamo raggiunto in mezz’ora il quartiere di Belville dove abbiamo goduto di un panorama bellissimo e respirato la quotidianità degli abitanti. Attraversando la strada di fronte al portone di ingresso, si trova una boulangerie molto fornita con personale...

“My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and stayed in this amazing location. 1st time to Paris for us and I highly recommend renting this apartment and spending your stay in Montmartre. Excellent public transportation close by and so many choices for food and entertainment. Florence is a wonderful host and will provide recommendations if needed. Looking for to coming back. ”

“Our family of six had an extraordinary most recent trip to Paris thanks to our host Julie and the Loft!Julie is wonderful! From the moment we booked the Loft, she booked everything from our transportation to our Loft dinner with Chef Olivier.Lovely private courtyard. So peaceful and quiet.Three minute walk to awesome rue Montorgueil.A pedestrian market street with such an authentic French vibe. Lively fun from morning til night!”

“Nous avons été invités dans cette maison pendant deux semaines : la maison est dotée de tout le confort et le petit espace extérieur est une valeur ajoutée dans un quartier calme mais traversé par 3 lignes de métro. Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement gentils, hospitaliers, serviables et discrets. Nous y retournerions certainement. P.S. : désolé pour notre français un peu approximatif !”

“Spacious (large rooms, modern bathrooms and kitchen), well equipped (kids loved the ping pong table!), and in a congenial area. Never understood why people feel they must be in center city. Here, you have a real Paris neighborhood, only 5 minutes from a Metro with a direct 15 minute connection to Hotel de Ville. Excellent communication with owner right next door. We would come again in a second - and plan to do so!”

“This house is huge, charming, and in a great area. It was nice not to be in a sterile modern hotel environment. Felt like we were living in traditional France. Lots of great food in the neighborhood, and very close to several metro stops. Right beside the lovely canal! The house had everything we needed and more. Lots of helpful touches from the owner.”

“Nicht vom ersten Eindruck der Außenfassade erschrecken lassen, der Schein trügt. Super gelegen, super gut eingerichtet, total liebevoll gestaltet, wirklich alles vorhanden, vom Teller bis zur Waschmaschine alles da. Es gibt nur ein kleines Minus, wenn man die Tür öffnet, kommt einem ein leichte Kellergeruch entgegen. Aber der verfliegt schnell und im Schlafzimmer riecht man ihn nicht. Sonst alles top ”
