“Loved the apartment! Great location - metro was available around the corner but almost everything was within walking distance! The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us.”

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war bequem und bot einen idealen Ort zum Entspannen nach der Stadterkundung.”

“This apartment is in a wonderful location. Only a short walk away is probably the best shopping location in the World. I am from NYC so I know 5th Avenue. The neighborhood where the place is located is lively with lots of terrific cafes, bakeries, fresh fruit stands and restaurants. Inside the apartment, there is a clothes washer and dryer, coffee maker, micro wave, refrigerator, and flat scree TV. The hosts were very helpful and communicated with me several times before and during our stay....

“Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.”

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“Location was amazing! We could not have been happier. Walked to nearly all the sights, only needed to take the train to the Eiffel Tower and the airport. (Seine, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, the Lourve were all within a 25-30 minute walk.) Also very close to multiple train lines. In the lively neighborhood of Le Marais, you are a 3 minute walk from cafes and shops galore, but you are on a quiet side street, so away from the noise when you want to sleep. You will want to plan time to just hang...

“Bel soggiorno, quartiere ben posizionato e ben servito dai mezzi, tranquillo perché lella location della casa fuori dal nugolo di turisti che ad agosto sono moltissimi! Accolte dalla signora delle pulizie gentilissima che ha fatto le veci del padrone di casa; supermarket bio con alternative vegane in zona; ci si sposta sia con metro sia con bus, che sono frequenti entrambe e funzionano bene; quasi tutti parlano inglese quindi abbastanza facile comunicare; se siete vegani non è la ‘città...
