“Piccolo e grazioso appartamento in palazzo signorile in posizione centrale. Vicino ad una delle stazioni di treni e metro di snodo principali di tutta parigi e su cui sorge tra l'altro un centro commerciale di tre piani!.A piedi si possono facilmente raggiungere monumenti come Museo del Louvre , Notre Dame , Centro Pompidou etc etc.....! ”

“La posizione dell'appartamento è molto buona, peccato che fuori dalla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento ci fosse una persona che dormiva sulle scale e che dovevamo oltrepassare con bambini piccoli ed animali domestici”

“The apartment itself was great location and in a good location. However, we did not feel safe in the surrounding area. When we arrived early to leave our luggage, we felt we were being watched by suspicious individuals. After reporting the incident to the host, they were surprisingly no longer around the following day. If you need extra keys, request them before arrival, as communication about the lockbox codes was unclear and had to make a few trips to get them. Overall, a good apartment but I...

“Fantastic Marias location. The room was everything I needed - especially for a solo traveller. About a 10 min walk to station, easy walk to lots of sites. Lots of local food shops and a supermarket 20 seconds walk away.”

“Nice big apartment, just one floor up a winding but not-too-narrow staircase, away from street noise and with good cross-ventilation. The bedrooms were nicely sized, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the big dining table and plenty of chairs for our family with two parents and three adult children. The bathroom setup was different than I had expected from the description: one bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, sinks and shower. The other bedrooms have en suite *bath* rooms...

“Be aware if you are very sensitive to noise, since this apartment is on the first floor you can hear trains passing underground. Bathroom needs better ventilation. Furniture needs care, some parts of furniture is falling off”
