“Piccolo e grazioso appartamento in palazzo signorile in posizione centrale. ”

“Perfect location! Slept like a rock! Close to everything. A/C was so refreshing! Would stay again :)”

“A very functional house. Spaces, utilities and all the comfort you May Need. The location Is perfect: near to the metro station and the area outside Is beautiful and full of attractiveness.”

“This apartment location is superb, very central and lots around for first time Paris visitors. The host tried to characterized it as ‘Paris old charm’ but in truth it was in a dire state - there was a huge hole in the wall next the front door, missing draws in the kitchen, and overall rundown. The apartment was not clean - terrible black mould in the shower and previous guests empty water bottles left in the bedroom. Hardly any soap or toilet paper were available, with no backups. The apartment...

“The apartment sits at the perfect location in the heart of the city with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. The space is nice and perfect for a few people. I would absolutely stay here the next time that I visit Paris.”

“Small accommodation; very cramped for more than two people. In need of deep clean and modernizing eg windows, curtains. Noisy neighbourhood with banging doors through the night, sirens and helicopter overhead. Adjacent road is red light district. Many broken windows in shops/eateries following riots so dirt and mess everywhere. Intimidating and not great if you have young children. Metro close by so convenient for rest of city.”

“Excellent proximity to the Seine, the Louvre, Pont Neuf, and several Metro lines. But the building is a bit grimy and run-down and the apartment is a bit cramped.”

“The location of this property is fantastic. It has all of the essentials and is overall a good setup for a short stay. The amount of the damage deposit and method of payment could be clarified better in the description, as this came as a surprise. Overall clean property and comfortable stay.”

“Lovely apartment on small & quiet side street. Communition and follow through by host was excellent when we encountered a few minor unexpected issues. Great neighborhood!”

“Piacevole soggiorno”

“The apartment was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. David, was a great communicator. I would come here again.”

“We appreciated the ac!”

“Great location in a charming building on an impasse where car traffic cannot go, this place was just what we needed. Several great transportation options nearby, with lots of desirable Marais to discover on foot if you didn't want to get in the Metro. Lovely and spacious, a very good deal. Some quirks with noting: the dishwasher takes some effort to operate, and you'll also want to work out the water heating arrangement to make sure your shower stays hot. Be sure to bring your detergent! If...
