The property manager was also very reachable and prompt in answering our questions. One of the perks is the le deux magots and cafe de flore are literally a 3 min walk down the stairs and past a pedestrian plaza. so we could go in the morning when it opened before all the crowds arrived. “First floor apartment with a small lift in an area with many dining options, several metro stops and walkable to Nôtre Dane, Louvre and many sites. Rooms very clean and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer used with ease. Two sofa beds in the living room we used for the five of us. Two beds with very, very firm mattresses. Like many Parisian apartments, very small and keeping luggage in the lounge was the only option as the rooms only fit a bed. Instructions for the key very well presented....

“Nice clean apartment in a perfect location for walking around and exploring Paris. Close to metro stations and major landmarks. Neighborhood and street have a lot of restaurants and things to check out, which was great, but it was super super loud until about 2 or 3 am on weekend nights. Apartment had fully stocked kitchen with microwave and a small fridge. Fair warning that the unit is up 3 flights of pretty narrow spiral stairs. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. ”

“the location is very convenient, it has parking and metro nearby. it is located in a very nice neighborhood that lets you breathe the air of Paris. It has all the shops you need close at hand and some jazz clubs too. the apartment is not large but, having traveled with the family (2 children 10-16), I really appreciated the 2 bedrooms (quite rare in the area). The house is very functional with well managed spaces. very good for a holiday of almost a week”

“Unit is unlivable! 1) No hot water for 1/2 of stay (Oct heat provided via space heaters). Notified guests/VRBO- after cancellation period - that building heat/hot water would be off; when asked for refund told it would be rectified - it wasn't!2) Unit is 2 doors down from VERY LOUD night club. Loud music and people in street outside window until 1 am one night; 2 am second night. 3) VRBO advertises ALL fees included. Host will ask for 500 deposit, after booking. “A great spacious apartment that fit 5 of us perfectly! Communication with the host was quick and the check in process was simple. Prepare yourself however for walking up 100 stairs to reach the apartment. Would definitely stay at this place again! ”

“The house was very comfortable and in a great location. The Main floor has a living room and kitchen. The two bathrooms are on other floors. The place is ideal for a family. We were two couples and one couple had to stay in the basement which had no windows and a tiny bathroom that would be great for kids, but a challenge for adults. ”
