“Ottimo appartamento per 6 persone. Due ampie camere, una con soppalco per niente angusto con due letti singoli, uno a scomparsa. Posizione comodissima, vicino alla metro, ma anche ottima per passeggiate fuori dai soliti percorsi turistici. Abbiamo raggiunto in mezz’ora il quartiere di Belville dove abbiamo goduto di un panorama bellissimo e respirato la quotidianità degli abitanti. Attraversando la strada di fronte al portone di ingresso, si trova una boulangerie molto fornita con personale...

“This property is clean, quiet and very convenient. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe, but like any big city, keep your eyes open. I highly recommend this property to families that need space to spread out. Things to know… there are many stairs. There is a suite on the main level, but the other 3 rooms are either upstairs or in the basement… just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. If we are able to go back to Paris, we would absolutely stay there again.”

“This was a work/family vacation and the property was perfectly situated for this. It was literally steps from the Line 1 Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood with some really nice restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Gustave’s and were treated like locals. The host Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and he shared his knowledge of the neighborhood. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we come to Paris.”
