A moins d'une heure de Paris, de grands jardins avec beaucoup de charme avec de beaux et grands arbres au bord d'une...

“Perfect stay within a nice and tiny house. 20 minutes to metro station by foot, 20 minutes to city center of Paris. Our hosts were very kind and gently and did their best to make our stay as convenient as possible. We will surely come back!”

“Check-in - Catherine & her husband were there to greet us at check-in with keys and a tour of the house. They were super generous in stocking the fridge with waters, juices for the kids, milks, and creamer for coffee! And a fantastic bottle of wine and fruit from the garden as a welcome, which we enjoyed on the balcony! The house is lovely - the photos don't do it justice. “Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken. Kwartiertje lopen van treinstation en vanaf daar is alles makkelijk bereikbaar met OV. Het appartement is fantastisch! Mooi interieur, ruim appartement en zeer schoon. En na de hectiek van de Parijse binnenstad, is het heerlijk rustig thuiskomen. Parijs is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!”

“We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. There was a ton of personal touches and books which made us feel we were at home. There is a bar across the street...

“Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

“Ottimo appartamento per 6 persone. Due ampie camere, una con soppalco per niente angusto con due letti singoli, uno a scomparsa. Posizione comodissima, vicino alla metro, ma anche ottima per passeggiate fuori dai soliti percorsi turistici. Abbiamo raggiunto in mezz’ora il quartiere di Belville dove abbiamo goduto di un panorama bellissimo e respirato la quotidianità degli abitanti. Attraversando la strada di fronte al portone di ingresso, si trova una boulangerie molto fornita con personale...

“Great space, cozy and clean, really few steps from metro and in the heart of the Marais, home furnished with everything. Simply perfect! We were 4 adults and a child aged 2”

“We stayed for 4 nights, we had everything what we needed inside. The bus stop is close by, nice and comfy place, to feel the real Frances bit away from the center and all the crowds.”

“With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.”

“No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend.”

“Difficult to find the shuttle between T2B and T2D and the receptionists tries to help you find via telephone with big difficulties. Room was cold and we tried to heat it up with the thermostat. Air from vents was almost cold and outside was 5°. Called receptionist at 23h asking for help: NO RADIATOR available, NO extra blankets, NO help to fix the heating system. No manager to speak on duty…… wordless…… Suggestions: Bring a lot of night clothes. You are lucky we are not asking for refund.”
