“Every time I go to Hanoi i book the Super Candle. Their strongest suits are the massage (Linh) and the front desk (the Manager and Dat). Highly recommended”

“A 4 star hotel with a 5 start staff. The staff is really kind and will try to help you in every possible way. Dat spent nearly 2 hours to find me a Ha Long cruise, and only at the end I found out that he did that on his day off. Also the massages and food are really good. My only recommendation is for more staff to improve their English, other than that, 0 complaints. I'll be back for sure.”

It had really good quality appliances but none worked without help or fix . It would have been nice to have instructions in English for each appliance.
