“Location was great for having a rental car and centrally located between many destinations. We really enjoyed staying in a locals neighborhood. The apt was very clean. Carlitos was amazing and very helpful. The AC in each room worked perfectly and were so nice after hot days playing. “We had a wonderful experience for our first time at the Viceroy. The hotel is absolutely amazing. We stayed at Ritz Zadun last year and this was shockingly better e.g. food, service, friendliness of the staff, access to ocean. The apartment was excellent. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. The view from the apartment was amazing and among the best in the hotel we suspect. “Disappointed in the whole experience. I have used VRBO for years and this is my only negative rating. First, I requested and confirmed my booking request. Usually, this is it. Book, pay done. Not this time. I then got an email to complete my booking with another entity. They wanted credit card and deposit; usually all done within VRBO.
