“Breakfast was weak and something I wouldn’t serve my dog. Requested late checkout, confirmed twice and then was told had to pay late checkout fee. Rooms were smelly and had a must like humidity, AC was broken, even set at 60 degrees, I was sweating in my sleep. ”

“The stay here was a horrible experience. The hotel uses a parking garage near by. When checking in I had to park on the 5th level.
1) The elevator at the garage was out of order so I had to take the stairs even though I was recently recovering from a broken foot. When I complained at the hotel they said it was not their garage a that the elevator had been out of order for over a year! Unacceptable!
