“Born and raised in the area but relocated 25 years ago. Travel with dog so stay in hotel for comfort and connivence. Property right off 81. Staff nice and property clean. Only negative for me is bathroom has a tub shower combo versus a walk in shower also there is no safe in the room. Would recommend this property. ”

“Excellent! Super clean room and bathroom- comfy bed with plenty of pillows- looks like it’s been recently renovated in a good way. Great breakfast- easy check in and out- plenty of parking- free cookies and popcorn at our very late arrival- friendly staff. Also right off the highway but quiet. ”

“Most of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? ”

“We were somewhat disappointed w/ the size of the room. It was tiny. Also, given the price of the room, and especially compared to others in the area, the continental breakfast should have been free. The parking garage was not well lit. We did enjoy the easy, walkable access to shops and restaurants.”

“Pool and staff were nice, wish we had more time to enjoy it. I screwed up my booking date but the manager took care of it with no penalty. Very thankful and impressed there is still good people and customer service out there! ”

“Super clean and modern, comfortable beds, staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are well equipped (fridge, coffee and tea) and standard hotel size, one space saving feature is no closet just a small rail will several coat hangers, and no room safe. One suggestion I would love to make is to ask the hotel to supply alternative plant based milks at breakfast. Great stay, would definitley stay at a Microtel again!”
