“Great hotel in an EXCELLENT area.”

“The stay was nice until the last day. We left to get some stuff for the travel back home. We returned to the hotel and a church event wouldn’t let us back in the parking lot. They directed us to go around the corner to a parking lot not connected to the hotel. We called the hotel no answer along with a member called from a room in the hotel and no answer. ”

“The lobby has that aged patina on it. The couches, for example, need a refresh. Looks worn and droopy. I've stayed on other similar hotels with a town center vibe like Reston town center. That's what I'm comparing against your hotel. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast so next time. ”

“This property needs to be updated, appliance needs to be cleaned or replaced. The refrigerator looked like it came out of a dumpster. The nightstand drawer wouldn't close. Paint was peeling off the way, and the mattress was dented it. The pillows were terrible. ”

“The room floor was dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped for over a several weeks. The curtains and comforter had burn holes in them. The faucet dripping was no stop and the tub has black spots in it. ”

“I reserved a smoking room and the fire alarms were going off constantly in my room and others. I was called by staff who said I know its a smoking room but could you keep your door open? This was not a safe area and as a single woman that was unthinkable. the room was dirty and there was blood on one of the sheets. ”

“Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. ”

“There was no real kitchen area. ”

“The AC worked well. The room was underwhelming. They need to upgrade the rooms, they are very outdated. Only 1 light worked in my room. The fridge was not clean, the room overall didn’t feel clean but it seemed like the best that could be done. The shower position resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. The elevator looked like a death trap. I even got stuck riding up and down as it failed to open on the 3rd floor, where my room was. ”

“The sheets had not been changed but the bed was made up. Sheets were full of hair and sand. Horrible place. Never another Econo Lodge! ”

“Was definitely descent and comfortable ”

“ the only problem i had was that the floor although it was swept it hadn't been moped in a while. I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again.”
