“The property is a five-block safe walk to the beach. The buffet breakfast food was simply delicious.”

“The elevator was out of service for our entire stay. We also heard from previous guests comments that the elevator was out of service 2 weeks ago. If mgmt of this hotel doesn’t have the time to fix it during the high season and sure if they ever wanted to.”

“The room was clean and presentable. The staff were friendly and available at reception. If you wanted clean towels you could swap out at the linen dept. Room cleaning want available. Parking was available free of charge with a ticket. Enjoyable stay, swimming pool was a bonus.”

“Room and accommodations were fine - front desk worker was VERY VERY RUDE , speaking to me in harsh tone, eye rolling, not giving proper instructions or explaining of charges, talking down and treating me like I am stupid because her card reader kept erroring out and then telling me to " hurry up because she has other customers". “Our room has a smell of sewer. All the bathroom hardwares are broken. The night stand attached to the wall is about to fall. Floors are dirty. However, location is good walkable to the beach. Lots of parking.”

“I stayed with five people on the fifth floor; not too high, not too low. Overall, it was a good stay. Shout out to housekeepers, Mack and Urmi. They kept our room in stock with towels and exceptionally clean. They also offered my children extra sand toys, just promising to leave them before we left. “Check in was a nightmare, we arrived at @3 and did a pre check in, was told I would get a text when my room was ready. Posted check in is 4:00. I didn’t get a text until 5:30. Then there were no luggage carts to be found and I had to go on a hunt for a cart. Cars were lined up out to the street so we had to park on the side street to unload our car. “Staff was very pleasant and great to work with. Paid an additional $60.00 to upgrade from a double to one with a sofa bed. Well, the "bed" was absolutely horrible. It was a an unbelievably thin mattress, and we had to ask for SEVERAL blankets to use as padding to cover the coils. “Clean room Room size was fine We liked the location. The oceanfront view was great The only negative was the bathroom size. It was very small- there was no room to move an inch. You had to close the door to have room but then it became too hot and no air circulated in there. Unfortunately this will be a factor in booking again”

“The location is pretty much all you pay for. The hotel pool was tiny and had a silky film all over the top. The hot tub was broken and no one was informed while booking that it was broken. Also, there was people screaming and strung out yelling down our hall way acting like they were fighting or murdering people. Very scary.
