“Our room had some issues. Our showerhead wasn't working the whole stay. The first night they replaced our showerhead. Then yhe next day the shower was cold water and a sprinkle coming out of the replaced showerhead. This trip was not at all what I expected. Very disappointed with this stay!”

“Expedia gives this an 8.6 but is extremely deceptive about this stay. First, I received a call from the owners prior to check in asking what time specifically I would be checking in. They clearly don't stay in the office unless needed. As soon as I arrived, the owner walked my fiancé and I to our cottage with a very brief tour and then went straight back inside his home which was right next to ours. The room itself was clean enough although the bed skirt had stains. The towels provided were...

“Repairs were needed on entrance, bathroom, and sliding glass doors. Toilet did not work properly, we were not booked in a handicap room as our reservation specified. Maintenance was not done. The 1st room that we were given after pointing out we needed handicap accessable was not acceptable due to shrubbery grown up so tall the beach was not visible. Why pay for ocean front if you can't even see it. We were moved to a second room that had the above problems.”

“Tim was clean, jets in hot tub worked, patio clean. It’s obviously older, but is clean, comfortable, the elevators always work and staff is always cordial and courteous! I’m a return visitor because it’s quiet at the end of the beach near the inlet and we love the hot tub!”
