4 bedrooms Cape Cod with pool, 100 yards from the beach

The Cape House is warm and cozy, complete with tasteful up to date furnishings and a newly remodeled living room and kitchen with granite counter-tops and all new stainless steel appliances. Your whole family will enjoy the quality time playing in the salt water swimming pool which is open during summer months. There is a beautiful grape arbor and wild blackberries in the dunes along the front of the property to be enjoyed. Best of all, you're just a short stroll (down Rock Lane) to a beautiful non-bulk headed (unobstructed), sandy beach.

Additionally, there is no public or on street parking and therefore the number of beachgoers is generally limited to only homeowners or rental guests. The beach is wide and there is lots of room to spread out as well.

Please tell us a little about yourselves when requesting booking.

* Pool season Mid May to September 30th. (pool open earlier if weather favorable and not heated)
*When pre-booking, please be aware local taxes are no longer being included in the total rental amount shown by VRBO
* Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided.
* Linens (bed sheets, pillowcases and towels) are not included but are available to rent from a local vendor: linen rental www.rentbeachequipment.com or oceanrentalsltd.com
* Minimum age requirement to rent 27 **
* Base rate is a Off season rate from Mid October to 3 week of May**
* Peak Season 3rd week of May to Mid-October - weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday)

The location is worth it!
We came for spring break (my husband, 10 year old and our dog) and the location made it worthwhile. Very close to the beach and enough space by the house to walk the dog. We only used the first floor and the washer/dryer on the same level was very convenient. We ate out the entire trip but the kitchen appeared stocked for everything. We brought our own bedding, pillows and towels as well as extra sheets to cover the furniture since we brought a dog and it worked out great. This isn’t a brand new home so yes things are expected to be used and it met my expectations and standards. The pool was not open yet during our stay. People are extremely friendly in the area and we’d love to come back.

Minutes walk to gorgeous beach
Lovely property with easy check in in peaceful neighborhood so close to the beach you can hear the waves from the porch. The house needs some TLC. Its not dirty but it is worn. Living room furniture seemed brand new so in all this is a good spot! Plenty of sleeping accommodations. Even better spot when considering the location. Would come back.

Cape House Retreat
We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday with our Golden Doodle. Loved that it was pet friendly and so close to the beach. Nice property, easy booking, property manager/owner great communication.

The short walk to the beautiful beach was amazing! You can hear the waves from the front yard! Lucy was a wonderful hostess , she responded immediately and that was much appreciated!

Great Location Getaway
If you're looking to vacation at Sandbridge, the Cape House is a great place to stay. The location is perfect and is a very short walk to the beach. The fenced in yard was perfect for our family and the dogs enjoyed it very much. Our dogs gave the yard "four paws up"! The owner is very responsive and provides great follow through and results. We definitely plan to be back and recommend the Cape House as a wonderful place to stay and experience the Sandbridge Area.

Our stay was very enjoyable,Close to the beach and easy to get around, Wished the weather would have been better, Tropical storm! But we made the best of it Lots of good places to eat in the surrounding area, and the boys fished and kayaked in the back bay. Will come back again! Thank you!

Beach Vaca
The house is 3rd row. The walk to the beach, SUPER short. We couldn't get in when we arrived - tired and a 10-hour drive. The owner was extremely quick getting back to us and assisting. The area felt very safe. Women walked alone, children were out riding bikes. Folks were very friendly. We loved the pool, loved the gated front yard for our small doggy. My only complaint was the furniture, beds and particularly the living room couch. The couch cover was white so you could see It was stained. The beds were really uncomfortable. A beach house is an investment property but if you used 1/3 of one week's income toward improvements, it would be a house that people want to come back to year after year instead of that was nice, but let's see what else is out there.

Great Stay!
Our family had an excellent stay. The house is in a very nice little neighborhood and we enjoyed riding our rented bikes and golf cart around numerous times a day. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beach is 100 yards to the beach access area. The pool was perfect but very shady most of the day, which we didn't mind. Communication with the owner was quick and they made everything very easy and accommodating. The only negative to the trip was the flies. I'm sure this is not at the fault of the owners as we have flies where we live that are also relentless and have searched high and low for a solution with no avail. However, they were really bad at the time of our stay (late August) inside and outside, all times of day. We were curious if they were just as bad at the houses nearby. Possibly some landscaping upkeep may help some, as there was a lot of overgrown shrubbery and leafs from the trees in the yard. Great stay overall! We would recommend!!
