La TREE HOUSE ha 10 posti letto. The Tree House e una casa accogliente aperto e spazioso si trova nella tranquilla e sicura comunità Old Beach. La nostra casa si trova a 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di fronte all'oceano e, di mercato, Convention Center, Museo d'arte contemporanea, parchi di divertimento, e altro ancora. Si tratta di una breve distanza in auto (10 minuti) per l'Acquario e il golf locale. La casa sull'albero è dotato di due camere da letto con 2 letti queen size in ogni camera con TV (4 posti letto in ogni camera). La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e TV e 2 posti letto. Ogni camera ha un bagno completo e vi è un bagno di servizio nella zona giorno. Vi è un ampio parcheggio nel vialetto per 4 veicoli e una grande offerta di ponte al di fuori mangiare e spazio relax. La casa è dotata di tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani, pentole e padelle e posate, griglia e molto altro ancora. Lavatore e asciugatore. incrociatori spiaggia, tavole da surf, teli mare, ombrelloni, giocattoli sono disponibili per l'affitto. Inoltre seggiolone, culla sono disponibili per l'affitto. animali addestrati sono accolti a un costo aggiuntivo.

We had a great stay for our race weekend. The house was clean and spacious in a great location. We had great communication with the owners and would definitely recommend their home.

Convenient location between the convention center and boardwalk. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries and we (three moms, three teenagers) had plenty of space. Would recommend and stay again

We loved this house! We had a group of 10 ladies that were attending a womens conference. Even with 10 we had plenty of room to congregate between the livingroom, kitchen/diningroom not to mention the deck off the dining area which we didnt really use. We loved the bright colors in the rooms. Probably only con is the livingroom is right off the master bedroom so unless your group knows how to be stealthy quiet you will probably be up shortly after the first or second person. I slept in what we called the "Flamingo" room and if you prefer a hard mattress you may want to try another room. I cant speak to the other rooms. Otherwise, this house has everything you need. The owners were very good at communicating with you. There is plenty of parking and its a 10 min walk to the beach. What more can you ask for! We would definitely stay again!

We came into town for a volleyball tournament. The listing was absolutely accurate and the house was in a wonderful location. A few blocks from the beach and a 5 minute ride to the convention center. The house was a little dated but in a very charming way. My teen loved having a room to herself to decompress after her full day. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in it. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!

My husband and I were here with some friends for a pool tournament that was at Q Master Billiards. The neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were friendly. House was cozy and homey.

The home is absolutely beautiful and large enough for us to have our own space yet we could gather in the open concept living room and kitchen. Location of the home is near everything you could possibly need from restaurants, to bars, to the beach and small variety stores. Our hosts were attentive and gave us thorough instructions for everything in the house. We would love to visit again. Thanks a million.

Nice house and big enough for 6 adults and 2 kids for the week. Bit of a walk to the beach but we already knew what we were getting in to. The house definitely needs some general upgrades - mostly the bathrooms are very dated. The beds aren’t very comfortable either but were fine for the week. There was a crib provided but it was old and the mattress was far too soft for a child to sleep on and I wasn’t sure of the history of the sleep space so I’m glad I brought our own pack n play. There was also a baby gate already there but it was impossible to properly put up with the spiral staircase. We had to do some shifting of furniture to make sure the baby didn’t get up the stairs. Would also recommend filling in the hole in the floor behind the couch - not sure if it was an outlet at some point but little fingers couldn’t resist. Also none of the air vents are properly attached so the kids kept playing with them and removing them. Had to block most of them off as well because of not wanting anyone to fall in. All this to say, if you don’t have small children it’s a perfectly fine house to stay in. Just some things to consider before booking if you have little curious ones.

We had a very relaxing time. Loved the house! We had 2 issues, the fire pit wouldn’t start and the toilet in the green room kept running emptying the tank daily. In spit of those issues, our time in Virginia Beach was wonderful.

The house is nice and had enough room to stay for a family of 6. We were disappointed in the lack of care paid to the details. What I mean is that there were issues with the house that would have been fixed if the owners actually stayed there. You can tell this is just a rental to them. The light at the front door was out so you could not see the code pad to get in without using a flashlight. The lights on the stove don't work, the firepit does not work (even with propane) the downstairs door to the balcony would not open. The toilet paper holder was torn off the wall in the 1/2 bath. The upstairs bathrooms need attention also - light fixture hanging down, toilet issues. Maybe I'm too picky but if I am going to pay these prices I expect the house to be kept up-to-date.

We stayed with our 4 children and grandparents, the house was very comfortable with plenty of beds for all of us. The location was perfect, we never drove as we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. We loved the home and would definitely stay here again!

House was large, comfortable, located on very nice corner in a nice neighborhood. Small fenced yard great for dogs. Easy 5 block walk to beach. Enjoyed sitting out on deck! Had a great stay!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Since there were multiple households, having a separate bathroom for each room was a great feature! We spent a lot of time on the deck, which was perfect! The location was perfect where the beach and restaurants were within walking and even the grocery store was only a couple blocks away!

Came to visit family who live in VA beach. We have a large family and this was by far the most accommodating. Decor was beautiful and it has all the essentials you need. Large deck and fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Super clean and owner was quick to respond with questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Everything was as described - clean, plenty of room and light, great internet, and plenty of parking. The house being half a mile off the oceanfront boardwalk meant we didn't have to try to find parking during the Neptune Festival as well! Plus it's within walking distance of the Oceanfront area's many great restaurants as well as a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the very spacious house. The kitchen was well stocked except no toaster. But we used the broiler. We plan to return next year. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your place.
