Christmas Retreat

First of all I do not ever give negative reviews because sometimes things just happen, but this was too much. The pictures are deceiving and there was a good reason they took photo's with the window treatments pushed back and only took front shots.

Spring Break

Nice time at Casa Milo! We had a small group and the place had plenty of room for everyone, which is a plus. The house had everything you would need to not have to overpack (housewares, games, kitchen items). Right across from the beach, awesome deck views- the town is a bit remote and off the beaten path from VB (about 25-30 minutes drive to downtown VB) which gave it more of a secluded feel. Close enough to Busch gardens (took us a little over an hour each way). Overall- we had a great time and we would definitely stay again, if we were to revisit!

Ok stay

I was pleased when I arrived because the house was visually appealing and there was more than enough room for my friends and I. I also liked the distance to the beach. I was really disappointed when I went to use the oven and it did not work. I couldn’t prepare a meal that needed the oven on my second day. Then on the second day a friend took a shower and wasn't able to turn off the water. After the maintenance man came and couldn’t turn it off they had to call the plumber. We didn’t have hot water for a while. Which was very inconvenient. There was also a piece that was broken on the floor part of the door frame that needed fix. These things created inconveniences for me and would love to speak to an owner to discuss these issues.

Nice house, lots of room

We attended a family wedding, and this house fit our needs well. A couple of issues are the heating /cooling is uneven in several rooms. The house also needs a good deep cleaning and some maintenance. But the space is laid out well and worked for our crowd. Kitchen is very user friendly.

Beautiful house, great location, but noise carried

The house is lovely and the location cant be beat. However there were some issues with the property. Many of the sliding doors to the decks were out of their tracks or did not slide properly (management was notified so hopefully this will be rectified before the next guests). Also, the walls were VERY thin and noise carried from one end of the house to the other. The large family dining room was like an echo chamber, so while having seating for everyone was awesome, it was incredibly loud during meals. You could also literally hear entire conversations being had in the living room from the main floor bedrooms, and if one of the little ones woke up crying the whole house could hear it. This wouldn't be an issue for many families but we found it significantly affected our stay and is the main reason we would not return to this house.

Don't book with this company

Floors were dirty. Mens body wash and loofah left in shower. Dishes were put away dirty with food burned on them. Most of the sliding doors were hard to work. Bathroom fan broken and lock on the bathroom door was broken. Other bathroom vanity was broken. The house is not evenly cooled. Hiked up the price even though I was locked in on the dates and had put down the required deposit. Very disappointing vacation.

Love the property but maintenance can be improved

We loved the house. It was very spacious and we love the proximity to the beach. The cleanliness, on the other, was substandard. By not properly cleaning the place, our family was exposed to potential infections. If the cleanliness is improved, we will likely stay in the property again. Pros: • Large space and enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large family • Proximity to the beach • Good view of the beach and neighborhood • Lots of utensils, plates and kitchen equipment’s • Overall compound was well maintained (grass cut, grill changed, outside clean) • Enough parking spaces Cons: • Outdoor patio was not cleaned (table and chairs were very filthy). We cleaned it ourselves • The room downstairs had a leaking ceiling. Whenever someone upstairs took a shower the water sipped through the ceiling walls onto the couch • Beddings on the bunk in loft was dirty (traces of animal droppings and stains) • Bathroom not cleaned. Strands of hair seen • Placemat placed on the Dresser in one of the rooms close to the living room was visibly dirty • Cutleries and dishes were not cleaned (visible food residues) • Trash on the outside patio had no trash bag but had cigarette packs and other trash in it • Clothing of previous renters were on the property (on the balcony stairs) • Swimming device (equipment) was found in the living room • Some of the doors did not lock properly

VT girls reunion

Sandbridge Blue was very responsive from the first inquiry through post-checkout. We enjoyed the space in the house. The living room and dining room were large and allowed the 8 of us to spread out in this covid-19 time. My only disappointment was access to the beach, but that was my mistake, not knowing how the accesses worked at Sandbridge. Next time we'll find a home more easily accessible to the beach. Great visit!

A Perfect Respite from COVID

The pictures are incredible , the reality of how amazing this house is ... no words ! So much room ! So perfectly set up - it felt like we never saw or heard our teenagers and their friends - really ! Beach is so close , wonderful perfect beach vacation .

Family Reunion - Plenty of Space

The home is lovely with plenty of living space and great location. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen clean upon arrival. Loved the wine fridge, but there were no wine glasses. Strange. Trying to serve mimosas and wine was a bit challenging. "Starter supplies" could have been more plentiful - liquid hand soap in kitchen and baths would have been nice. The cookie sheets need replacing. We didn't need to use them and wouldn't use them. They were old, worn, and peeling. The coffee machine leaked on the counter, management did replace with a new one. Also found it strange that the kitchen cabinets/drawers had no pull knobs/handles - inconvenient to open for some. Great to be across the street from the ocean - pretty sunrises.

Nice house; skimpy amenities

The property is in a lovely location with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. The house was clean, open, and had plenty of room for our entire extended family. We loved that our entire family fit in the dining room for Christmas dinner together. If you are staying in the winter, be aware that the heat is hard to navigate. The basement bedrooms were freezing and the top floor was steamy hot. We called the management company and they sent someone out, who said he would have to send someone else out, who eventually came out and reset all THREE thermostats and said he did all he could do, but he knew nothing about the baseboard heating units that were in the house. Our biggest complaint was that it felt like the management company cheaped out on things. Some of the pots and pans were unusable because the non-stick coating was literally peeling off. We were there for 5 days and they only gave us one dishwasher pod, One garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, and no blankets. We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties and have never had so few of those types of amenities provided.

Guys get away

Property was perfect for our group of 9 guys. However no dish detergent for sink or dishwasher no soap or shampoo Leak in 2nd floor bath ceiling no response by repair man no trash bags

Spring break vacay

Spring break vacation was great there was enough room to accommodate our party of 8 adults and 8 children. Everyone had plenty of room and we had all of the supplies we needed. Loved it
