Our Go-To Spot From Now On!
I cannot say enough about our stay here. From the initial contact to our checkout, it was the most accommodating, guest-friendly experience we could have asked for. Instructions were simple and had no trouble settling in. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even added special touches to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, which was the reason for our trip. Easy access to bicycles, the boardwalk, as well as our own private area to sit by the beach and enjoy the sunrise. I don’t see any reason to ever stay at a hotel when we have this perfect little sweet spot at VA Beach. We will definitely return. Thank you for making this a truly memorable experience!

Loved it!
Stayed 6 nights. Very quaint and cozy studio. Located in a nice location. Sitting on the lawn in the morning having coffee and watching the dolphins was perfect. Any questions we had was answered immediately.. The building is older as someone mentioned but well maintained. Pool was cleaned every morning. Hope to return someday

Great spot at the beginning of the boardwalk
We love staying at the Oceans 2 Condos. This was our second time staying in this complex and love the pool and proximity to the boardwalk/beach. The studio was actually pretty spacious and allowed us to sit on the couch at night and still hear the waves crashing. It was a lovely getaway for our five year anniversary. We got to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the studio even has two bikes you could use to get around. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a cozy getaway to the beach with your loved one.

VA Beach studio
We were in town for Shamrock Marathon weekend and found the location absolutely perfect. The race start area is right outside the door. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed well stocked with utensils, tools, etc and would have been ok for an extended stay. The unit was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice and had plenty of hot water. We took one star off for cleanliness because the sofa is a little stained. We tossed a blanket on it however and it was fine. The pool area looked nice and well maintained but we didn't have an opportunity to use it as it wasn't open for the season yet. Owner communication was timely and accurate. Overall it's a great little place!

Perfect for two friends to relax!
The studio decor is inviting and cozy. Unit is well-equipped--we had everything we needed for a relaxing two days at the beach. Located right at the end of the boardwalk, it's a really nice location. Make sure to use the additional black-out blind! Such a great addition with the building lights on all night outside the front window. I would definitely come here again with just me and a friend or spouse.

Adorable Gem!
We had a wonderful stay here. The owners are super nice too! The condo is small but absolutely adorable.. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great.. Looks like a completely newly tiled shower with tons of nice hot water! The entire place has the "beachy" feel to it. We were so impressed with the entire unit, from the cleanliness, decor, amenities to the location and everything in between. Hated to leave but we hope to return. The location is so perfect. The beach is right there and the boardwalk but it is quiet and relaxing. We also met people staying there by the pool and everyone was very nice. Perfect qetaway!!! Thanks Jerry Lynn and Randy for a much needed getaway!!!!

Perfect location!
This studio was just what we needed for our short getaway. Located at the end of the boardwalk, it made for a very quiet and pleasant stay. The owners had all the beach gear one would need-chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway!
Absolutely perfect in many ways: Location! Quiet end of strip, less crowded beach. Trolley stop directly across the street when you want to head further down the strip. Or take the bikes!! Clean, friendly people in the complex, excellent and timely communication and stocked with everything you need. There are games on the shelf above hanging area! Perfect for evenings. Tons of restaurants and breweries in the area. Trolley goes beyond the strip as well.

Very pleasant experience!
This property is exactly as advertised. My 24 year old daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights over her Spring Break and the studio condo was perfect for the two of us. We didn't use the kitchen at all but it was available and appeared to have all the items one would need if you wish to cook. We wanted to eat our meals out while away from home. The instructions to the to access the unit were very easy to follow and the owners are very quick to communicate. We certainly enjoyed usage of the 2 bikes they offer with the unit as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. The pool isn't open just yet but it does have clean water in it and we saw a Mallard stop in for a swim one day. This unit was very clean and the bed is comfy and the location was great! I'd for sure stay here again while visiting Virginia Beach!

The Positives and the Negative
Overall, we were very pleased with the property, especially the location and the proximity to restaurants, shopping, and, of course, the boardwalk. However, we did have one serious disappointment, and that concerns the television. First, there was no literature left with us as to how to manage the television . . . which turned out to be because we had apparently NO options about what we watched. Our inability - or so it seemed - to get into "regular" channels (ABC, CBS, PBS, etc.) was a serious disappointment. We had no access to weather reports, or particular shows, or any special programs. Frankly, if we had known that was the situation, we would have found another location. Of course, we didn't come to the beach to watch television - but we also did not want to be so isolated. We suspect the television "situation" was a financial decision. For us, it will be a deal-breaker in future rentals.

Thank you for your comments and thank you for staying at our place. We wish you had contacted us about this. We encourage all our guests to contact us if there is a problem. We could have most likely solved this over the phone. All of our studios have smart TVs with the ability to stream Netflix, Amazon and many others. They also have Cox basic cable which has over 75 channels which includes all the local channels, cable news channels, weather channels and other programming. Randy

Relaxing getaway!
My mom, son and I wanted a relaxing get away that would allow for beach and pool time and this was the perfect spot. This studio is beautifully decorated and equipped with all neccessary beach gear, it made our packing easy. The location is so close to many fun restaurants, grocery stores and quick stops to pick up what you need. Our neighbors were quite friendly, we enjoyed everything. Thanks Randy and Jerry Lynn, our family will be back and will bring more of us!!

great location
The owners keep this Unit clean and looking nice. Very comfortable bed. A little tight for food prep and washing dishes and pans. Great communication with the owner. The Complex building is old and could use some fresh paint (balcony railings and balcony ceilings, etc) The grounds and pool were kept clean. It would be nice if the complex had an umbrella in each table by the pool. An umbrella wasn't always available when I wanted to sit poolside.

Love the location
Our son who lives in the area and located the property for us. The price was very reasonable for November. The size was good for two people and the kitchen was well stocked although I didn't cook a lot. Everything was extremely clean. We met the owner who was very personable and who responded quickly with any questions I texted. The outdoor light caused the room to be too bright during the night but the owner is aware and is working on correcting this. We would love to stay there again.

Nice VA Beach Get-Away Spot
Overall, we were very pleased with the studio. The location is perfect. The studio was very clean and tidy. It was really nice to have use of beach chairs and bikes that were provided. Randy was very responsive. He answered all questions within an hour or so. The only suggestion I would make is that it could use some updating as far as the facets in the bathroom and the sink. But otherwise, it was great.

Fantastic vacation by the beach!
We had a wonderful time! The condo was the perfect location to the beach, boardwalk, and the pool was an added bonus. Randy and Jerry Lynn were responsive and it was great knowing that they were just a phone call away if we ran into any problems (we didn't because the studio was clean and very well maintained). We highly recommend staying in this studio!

We had an excellent stay!
The lodging, location, and owners were great. The studio was very comfortable, clean, and well decorated. It’s located on the ocean with direct access to the north end of the boardwalk. When we were not hanging out at the beach, we spent time swimming in the pool and riding bikes that were provided. The owners were very nice and accommodating. They provided us with all the information regarding the studio and happily answered any questions we had. They allowed us to access the studio a few hours early on the day we arrived, which gave us another full day to spend at the beach. All-and-all the studio had everything we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Virginia Beach.

We enjoyed being steps away from the ocean and the Boardwalk. We utilized the bikes provided and the pool. While the rental was neat and nicely presented, it was a bit tight for 3 adults.

Perfect!!
This vacation rental was great, we had everything we needed, the property is right on the beach virtually no walk to the the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful, on more than one occasion we were able to enjoy the dolphins patrolling up the beach. The property was very clean and comfortable. The fact that there is a kitchen where you can cook on the stove or in the oven was one of the major reasons we chose this property. Randy was super accommodating and gave us local advice. We enjoyed the pool as well as the two bikes that were available at no cost to make several trips up and down the three mile boardwalk every day. We would definitely look to return to this property in the future.

Fantastic beachside find!
My girlfriends and I absolutely adored staying at Randy's property! The weather was absolutely horrible but Randy was nice enough to allow one of our guests to check in early. The location was amazing and the condo was clean with everything we needed (including a wine opener!). I was also very appreciative that the property came with a free parking space. With the pull-out couch, there is plenty of room for 4 people. I would love to stay at Randy's property anytime I'm in VA beach.

Clean Cozy Getaway for Two
You never know what your going to get when you rent. For someone with allergies going on vacation can be a problem. Minutes in the condo and we knew we were going to have a great week. The most important thing was this place was clean and well kept so no sneezing. The décor was bright and beachy with plenty of room for two. There is a foldout couch so you could bring the kids if you don't mind close quarters. In a couple of steps your at the pool. Just off the pool is the start of a boardwalk and bike path that leads to the south end of the beach. To the north is beach without boardwalk and just houses. Across the street is a small store if you forget anything. Small restaurant in the building and more within walking distance (.4 mile). If you don't want to walk use the trolley to get up and down Atlantic Ave. Beautiful sunrises at the end of the building where the boardwalk stars. If you want good seafood drive north on Shore Dr. (14 minutes) to Lynnhaven Inlet where the boats come in. We liked the Back Deck restaurant's beautiful view and great food. If you drive north 20 more minutes to Hampton go to Fort Monroe where you can drive in and tour their museum. Skip Fort Story its an active military base that is difficult to get into with little to see. The owners are wonderful people who live onsite if you need anything. We were very pleased with the condo and hope to return next summer.

Perfect location
