L'ESTATE È SOLO L'ANGOLO AL CIELO BLU! Recentemente rinnovato e arredato con cura Beach Cottage! Ascolta le onde che si infrangono contro la riva, annusa gli spruzzi salati dell'oceano, goditi il ​​ponte esterno fuori misura e ricorda il divertimento che hai avuto per tutto il giorno a prendere onde, body surfing, prendere il sole e giocare!
Il BLUE HEAVEN BEACH COTTAGE situato su Ocean Front Ave si trova dall'altra parte della duna fino alla parte più ampia di Ocean Beach di Va Beach, rendendo facile prendere una tazza di caffè per guardare l'alba del mattino o tornare a casa per il pranzo e un pisolino dopo aver giocato sulla spiaggia! Prendi un cocktail, cammina sulla duna e prendi i fuochi d'artificio dall'Oceano. ... e l'osservazione dei delfini è FANTASTICA in questa posizione della spiaggia.
Parcheggio fuori strada, totale di 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni (2 camere da letto della regina e una suite con 2 camere da letto con doppia con due letti sopra a castello in 1 camera e doppia con rotelle nella seconda camera.) Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi arredi e splendidi bagni piastrellati.
Cucina abitabile con sedili da tavolo 6.
Bella terrazza di grandi dimensioni ha un sacco di spazio per intrattenere con posti a sedere e tavolo e ombrellone per cene all'aperto per famiglie. (Grill all'aperto)
Dopo una giornata in spiaggia, risciacquare con la nostra doccia esterna.
Un sacco di brochure di attrazioni locali all'interno del nostro cottage. Conveniente per le basi navali e situato appena al di fuori di Ft Story (e del faro di Cape Story). Questa posizione offre un'atmosfera tranquilla e pittoresca, con l'inno nazionale che suona alle 8 del mattino da Ft Story!
Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Water Country USA e Busch Gardens sono a soli 45 minuti di auto. Prendi l'Amtrak da Norfolk a Washington DC per la giornata.
Cucina ben fornita con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici ... ma se non hai voglia di cucinare, i ristoranti in abbondanza sono a 5 minuti di macchina.
A breve distanza troverete Virginia Marine Science Museum, campo da golf, ristoranti, cinema, negozi, biblioteca, centro ricreativo, zoo, giardino botanico, pesca, parco acquatico, go-kart, lungomare e la lista continua !! Ti piace camminare o correre? I primi percorsi del Landing State Park sono a pochi minuti a piedi!
Non ci sono strade trafficate o traffico qui per interessarti, dato che questo cottage sulla spiaggia si trova sul lato oceano di Atlantic Ave su Ocean Front Ave a 85th Street, e solo 1 casa ti separa dalla duna alla spiaggia. Passerella privata per la spiaggia.

First time in Virginia. We had a great family vacation. Love the proximity to the beach, watermark, and other sights. House is comfy, clean, and well stocked. Outdoor shower is a great plus

Sweet spot with everything a family could need and more. All the chairs, beach toys, family games. The cherry on top is the outdoor shower with adjustable hot and cold water.

Beautiful, immaculate home! Perfectly appointed and suited for Grandma and Grandpa downstairs, parents and kids upstairs, and for our beloved pup. The hosts are warm, gracious, and generous, and have thought of everything you might need. Truly a perfect spot for our North End vacation. We loved the upstairs deck too. The outdoor shower with hot/cold and hose for feet and beach toys/chairs is the cherry on top. We hope to return!

We had a great time at this rental. Every thing was provided for fun beach time to include towels, toys & beach chairs. It was super easy to access the beach. This VRBO was well-equipped, cleaned and spacious for 4 adults, 4 kids and our dog. We would certainly come back. Our favorite part was having a beautiful, clean beach that was NOT crowded. We live the location!

We really loved staying at this little home away from home! Our vacation group consisted of three generations of family members plus dogs. There was plenty of space for us to use the house as our home base of operations. Very quick walk to the beach, ample supplies on site, and quick access to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We loved staying here and will definitely return!

My husband and I, with our 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. Close to the boardwalk and very short walk to the beach, which is not very crowded! The place was as advertised. Very clean, great amenities. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for Shamrock Marathon/ Half-Marathon weekend as the home is directly on the course. Short walk to an uncrowded beach was wonderful. Short drive to any attractions. Only one difficulty - it was raining very hard when we arrived and there was a leak in the ceiling. We were able to get a hold of the property manager who had someone out the next morning to patch the roof. He noted this was an ongoing issue and offered a small refund as a token. I thought that was very kind until we checked out and never received the refund.

We spent our Thanksgiving here so we could spend it with our son in the Coast Guard. We loved our stay here! House was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed to have a great Thanksgiving. Loved that we were able to bring our dog also. The beach was steps away which was perfect for early morning walks & coffee & endless hours playing catch. Would highly recommend & hope to be back.

Our stay at Lisa's home was everything we had hoped for - a quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach, almost empty during the off-season. We loved bringing our dog to romp in the surf - and that access points had doggie bags, and trash cans were frequent. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and the roof porch was great for grilling a family dinner and enjoying the ocean breeze. We can't wait to go back.

We had an amazing stay! Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive. The location of the home was perfect. We had a young daughter traveling with us so being that close to a beach was a key! The beach was empty and almost felt like a private beach most days. The house was even more spacious than the pictures made it seem. Great stay! We hope to be back.
