Kick back and relax in this calm, luxury stylish unit. While this adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and family, its location makes it easy for you to get around.
Check this spacious and open townhome condo ground level in a highly desirable neighborhood!
This huge unit 1400 sq with one car garage and have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 9-foot ceilings, large living room, new updated luxury vinyl floors, beautiful crown molding and wonderful natural light, and neutral colors. The open kitchen includes granite counters, ample cabinet space and bar-top seating. The large primary suite features a tray ceiling, walk-in closet and a private bath with ceramic tile and shower. The secondary bedroom is spacious with plenty of closet space. There is also a laundry room, an attached garage, cute patio, and exterior stonework make this condo even more attractive. This community features lovely gardens, pond and trails, plus it is conveniently located near bases, shopping, and beaches. Do not forget to shop at the beautiful indoor/outdoor Norfolk Premium Outlet Mall located 1.5 miles away from condo.

5 mins drive to Chic's Beach/Chesapeake Bay (Calm water great for kids)
10-15 mins drive to Oceanfront and Boardwalk
8 mins drive to Virginia Town Center (Great restaurants and shopping area)
1-5 mins drive to most local restaurants/shopping center.

Check-in: After 4PM
Check out time by 10AM
Late Checkout: $75 per hour.
Lost key: $100
Lost/stolen parking permit: $75
No Excessive guests unless paid for through reservation.
No PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST be MINIMAL after 10PM. There is a noise level city ordinance in effect. Any police calls for noise or disturbance will result in termination of the reservation and deposit.
Thermostat: Smart device set to comfort zone. Do not alter any setting.
Inspect the property upon check in immediately and bring any issues to the host attention.
Any drainage clogs during your stay will assess a $150 fee to have a plumber come and make repairs plus any repair costs.
Any missing or stolen items will be charged from the the deposit.
Ring doorbell, Ring Spotlight backyard and Ring garage.

This was my first experience using VRBO, and staying at this property. Everything went great during our stay, we had zero issues. The home smelled amazing and was very clean. The master bathroom was probably the best part! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a cute condo. We stayed there for four short days. It's very clean and comfortable. I would recommend the owners add a toaster, scissors, and a collander to the kitchen accessories. We highly recommend this property.

This property is well maintained, clean, spacious, nicely decorated and has modern amenities. It’s quiet and less than a half hour away from nearby beaches and shopping outlets. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here.

Me and my spouse stayed on the bottom level of the condo, it was very clean and tidy, there was plenty of room to roam around in and close to many places that I intended to visit while in my stay. The directions and rules were clear and easy, and overall a great location if you plan on staying here for about a week.

We completely enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable apartment. Well maintained clean and really easy to feel right at home. Big TV in the living room was fun for movie nights. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. We enjoyed having several bathrooms which made it easy for us to get ready. Ally’s home is located 15 minutes from many of the attractions in Virginia Beach and Norfolk. It was very easy to find things to do,shop and eat out. Overall definitely a five star stay. Only small thing missing was an iron. Would stay here again when in Virginia Beach.

Nice condo, very clean and spacious. We did not encounter any issues and Ally was very responsive to questions. Note that a government issued ID is required prior to your stay, and wash cloths are not provided. I missed this in the description and notes on the property when I booked!

Went to VA Beach for a music festival, it was a super last minute booking but Rami was fantastic to work with! He was able to answer all questions and even gave suggestions for places to eat in the area. The festival ended up being mostly rained out, so we spent a lot of the weekend just hanging out inside watching TV!! If I go back to VA Beach, I'm definition going to try booking here again!
