“Royal Shell” offers you a breathtaking 9,000 square feet of sumptuous delight for everyone. This luxury accommodation has astounding ocean views from the two-story wall of windows to the second floor gazebo with panoramic ocean views! Spectacularly appointed with granite countertops throughout, wood and tile flooring in gathering areas and bathrooms, dazzling décor and grand spaces allow you to live like royalty at the beach!

Your first impression is the ocean view awaiting you as the door opens. Thoughtfully appointed and designed with your family's comfort and needs in mind, you will make memories that will last a lifetime. The main attraction will always be the pristine Sandbridge Beach just steps from your private pool area, but the pool and cabana areas will follow a close second! Designed for entertaining; the large cabana, ample pool deck and ground level kitchen just inside the first level door make this the spot for showing your family and friends the time of their lives! Inside, nothing is left to chance with deliberate and gracious spaces designed for all family members. Enjoy drinks by the pool, dinner al fresco, or family potluck inside followed by a movie in your own theater. Games galore will satisfy every age and taste. When the day is done, melt into your own master suite for respite from the action and relax and prepare for another day in paradise.

Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

The house was "top notch"-we had EVERYTHING we needed and then some! Beautiful home that was very well equipped for our every need (kitchen/bathrooms/ game rooms/pool area). PLUS the most wonderful ocean views; especially those sunrises! Compliments to the owner(sl for sharing this absolutely grand home!!! We ALL enjoyed every moment of our family time together!
