Host was helpful at showing us around when we arrived. Great location and extremely clean. Beach was just a short golf cart ride away. Been coming to Sandbridge for years and this was the first house that actually looked like the pictures. Would highly recommend.

Just comIng off of a fun week at this great site! Our group of 11 fit in the house with our middle school kids taking the bunks. Highlights for all of us were the beautifully landscaped grounds, large deck including shaded areas, a super pool and dock! The latter led to fishing with line and net and finding some cool animals. Kids enjoyed supervised swimming off the dock, too. And, of course, we were a short and easy walk to a great beach!The owners were easy to work with and very responsive.

This property is amazing with so many amenities, including a canoe, kayak, and a paddleboard. The pool, grill area, and covered patio by the pool, made our stay delightful. My grandson and son loved fishing off the pier and even went to the North Bay Wildlife Refuge to fish from the canoe and caught very large fish. Two of the queen beds were very comfortable and two weren’t so comfortable. On arrival you will need to make your own beds, sheets are provided.The host, Kevin, is very attentive.

Vacation at Villa Rosa

Villa Rosa is in amazing condition and is ideally located on a canal and near the beach. Beautiful backyard with a great pool and deck. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. We had a great family vacation in Sandbridge!

This is a beautiful home and a stunning location. The amenities go far beyond any other rental we have ever stayed in. We had one minor issue with a shower drain, and the property owner came o we and fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach and pool getaway in Virginia Beach!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Communication with owner was easy and check in was smooth. The home was clean and well kept and in a really nice neighborhood. Private pool, private kayak and paddle board and canoe, and shaded areas by the pool. I can go on and on.

Great vacation home for our group!

The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Awesome pool and great location on the canal. The walk to the beach was short and there was a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this home. The pool, all the toys and supplies for the beach was very much appreciated. We spent a lot of time outside with the pool. It was well lite at night and a lot of seating. I would recommend this Home.

Delightful week in Sandbridge

Beautiful community and beach area to enjoy with home in great location. We really enjoyed this home as it was clean, spacious, and had a great recreational feel- large, beautiful pool, canoe/kayak/paddleboard, screened in porch and outdoor seating areas with shade. Kevin is extremely responsive and is very available. Highly recommend this home for couples and families.

Nice home with great amenities.

The home was extremely clean. Everything including the towels, sheets, kitchen. Our large family of kids and adults loved the home. Would definitely stay here again. We really needed to bring nothing. Great place with lots of amentieis.

Wonderful vacation

This house was perfect for our family week in sandbridge. We had more than enough room for 8 of us ...two kids under 6. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic with lots of deck space and just so peaceful. The owners were very pleasant and responded almost immediately with any concerns. Overall a fantastic trip!our family enjoyed everything about this house

Wonderful property!

We had a great stay at Kevin’s home in Sandbridge! The check in was welcoming as Kevin met us at the house and ensured we had what we needed. It was nice to have ample wagons, high chair and pool floats as it decreased our packing necessities. The property was everything we had hoped for and enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach! The home was clean and would definitely recommend!

Family vaca

We enjoyed our stay, despite the horrible house fire across the street. The inside of the house was clean and ready for us. The outside is a lovely area that is both fun and relaxing. The children loved the pool. The house is on a very quiet street and It is a short, easy walk to the beach. We would return to Sandbridge in the future.

Perfect location

The house was on the canal which my kids loved fishing. The outside setup is everything. You have to drive 10-15 to get to a Walmart or Food lion. The beach is within walking distance. We say dolphins everyday we went.

Great spot!

Our first time at Sandbridge was so memorable and this property was perfect for our family (5 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 6) The beach is a short walk, not crowded in early June and Kevin had plenty of beach chairs and wagons supplied. The house is clean and comfortable. The outside space features several decks a generous backyard pool a shady cabana and a screened in porch for meals. We recommend it highly! Kevin was helpful and gracious including checking on mid week. Great spot!

A Fantastic Spot

We picked this spot because it had a pool, was on a canal with bay access and was close to the beach. We enjoyed the spot so much that some of us never made it to the beach! Great family space, immaculate and great hosts! Sadly, the house across the street from the Property burned down while we were there. Kevin was over that morning at 2:00 AM, hooked up a generator (as we had no power) and was back and cleaned up the ash and soot the next morning and washed all our cars. 10/10

Summer relaxation

We thoroughly enjoyed your home Kevin and beautiful backyard. The house and property were clean and well kept up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Thank you for providing paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, tissues and laundry detergent so we didn't have to get them. We loved the screened in porch for our morning coffees and devotion time. Perfect backyard for sunbathing and eating outside at your picnic table. Pool was clean .... we wish the weather had been a little warmer to enjoy..... maybe next time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
