I was given room 110. The commode was broken, it won't flush. Water was not going into the tank! Then I was transferred to room 108. The microwave was broken. The door of the microwave is glued! They know it's not operable, but they did not replace it! So I could not heat my food or drink!

Between the children jumping and running all night over my head and the fire alarm going off it was a nightmare! My son had to run in a National track meet and couldn’t even get a peaceful night sleep. Terrible experience-never will stay there or use this chain of hotels again!

Somebody not only out my phone under a vending machine without my knowledge but my boyfriend's phone was also stolen and when we simply asked management to go back and look at the security cameras (not us personally because we know that's against the rules) but for them to go back and look they said no they don't that especially not for something like a phone . And that we'd need to get a warrant etc etc . I think that's absolutely horrible. It's a safety issue , as well as poor management and hospitality , and also creates a very uninviting -uncomfortable stay .

It was dirty. Cigarette burns in the sheets and carpet, cracks in the tub. Roaches. The Front desk was extremely rude. She was checking as in moaning and complaining about having a stomach virus and having to be at work. The lights went out two days in a row. And to add insult to injury the day I left, the fbi was there executing a search warrant and arresting a guy.. And they had the audacity to not offer a refund.. If you value your life don't go here. Looks great online but miserably disgusting and appalling. This place should be condemned.

It was okay had a few roaches in the room. The tv was in its last leg. And when I forgot something I. The room after ti checked out they claimed there was nothing in there. When I know my credit card and forgot my chest board and sneakers. But staff was nice and good location.

The first room I checked into had a dead roach on the bed. The roaches must have smelled my chicken and decided they wanted to come for dinner too. That’s when the party started. The attendant on staff moved us to the room across the hall. Only to find out there was an after party going on in there also. There were baby roaches, big roaches with eggs attached. And to put the icing on the cake when I got in the shower guess who decided to join…another damn roach, I got out and opened the bathroom door. Next thing I knew I felt something drop on my hand. ANOTHER DAMN ROACH. Small roach problem my ass. Hotel staff only available before 11pm. And there are no other rooms vacant. The temperature drops at night and the heat does not work. I called the on call service only to be informed that maintenance wasn’t in the building either. They don’t have blankets only sheets and you have to pay for fresh linen. I would have been better off at a motel at least they don’t have roaches. This was the worst hotel experience ever. I will never stay here again. My son has asthma and a roach infestation is a no go. I’m pissed

I appreciated that the front desk gave me a non-smoking room when I had booked a smoking room due to the cheaper cost. I did however kill a roach in my room which is to be expected in hotels that you can cook food in. Other than that the room wasn't bad just nothing fancy or really nice.

Oh! You mean the hotel with the roaches crawling on us? The one with the flat tire on the luggage cart? The one with the bathroom door in need of rapair and the molding on the tub coming off? The one with the 1st floor door slamming all night long? Well, there was only one mirror. Usually there is one in the room. The shower head was loose and fell apart. The floor was sticky in the room and the TV did not work the morning we checked out. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for the stay.

This places sucks. But not managers fault.
Manager Jamie was nice. But room was horrible. First room was still being cleaned. Second room didn’t have any towels. Killed two spiders. Woke up with bites. TV picture was bad. Fridge/freezer was broke. One bar of soap and mouthwash? That was odd.

You can’t make this stuff up
We arrived after 11 pm. Nobody at the desk. Finally the woman who had worked 3-11 came to check us in. Gave me the cards and left. The cards didn’t open the door from the lobby so I chased down the car she was in. She came back and re-did the cards. My wife took our luggage to the room and l parked the car. When I got to the room she told me that the card wouldn’t open our door. She went back down to the lobby and called the manager who sent the woman back to fix the card situation again. Finally got into the room after midnight. The place is a dump. Couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When we complained about the experience we were told that we should take it up with hotels.com. since we booked it through you. What can you do for us?

There was no night time staff at the front desk so when my key didn't let me in I had to call someone to drive in. I ended up having to stand outside the lobby for 30 min for someone to finally come let me in. Then they told me there would be a $10 charge for them to come even though I had a key but it wouldn't work. The whole place had a foul odor, esp in my room. I won't be staying here ever again.

Es el hotel más malo que he estado en los EE.UU de América, cucarachas dentro de la habitación, mal olor, suciedad en todos lados, y un servicio, para no decir mal, regular! No se como una instalación cómo está puede brindar dicho servicio de hostelería Tan Malo, y además de que cobran un precio súper caro para un hotel que está por debajo muchísimo de su categoría. Realmente sino quiere llevarse una mala experiencia, no visite este hotel.

I’m the room there were bugs everywhere ! Everywhere! Accessing and checking is terrible !!! Never ever again with this hotel !!!!
