“There is no staff so it’s hard to review that. However communication was clear and quick. Great room. Remodel very well done. Broken walkway was a safety hazard going up the front lawn. But If still give it an A. We stayed 5 different places in West Virginia and Virginia including the Jefferson in Richmond and this is the place I will revisit.”

“The property wasn't bad, pretty clean, but the website was very misleading. We booked the patton cabin that said jetted, hot tub jetted bathtub\n Had a lot of things in the description. It must have been for other units at the property. They should separate the pictures to the individual cabins, not show the entire property for every unit. One negative was there was water in the oven.We were afraid of getting shocked.”

The gelato ice cream was a plus and everything was in walking distance: especially to the Chop House for dinner. My daughter even met me there who goes to JMU. Great getaway and close enough to JMU to see and plan events around that area. Would come back in a heartbeat .”
