“I always take clorox wipes to clean my area because of my health issues. Tooks wipes were dry. Also water stood under the tiles in the bathroom. It was reported to management. There wasn't a phone in the room, so we had to walk to the office. We won't return there”

“Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...
