“We have stayed here twice since the remodel. The staff is fantastic. The lady that assembles the breakfast buffet is very attentive (talks alot) but is very sweet. The housekeeping staff always made sure we had plenty of fresh white towels. The beds are very comfortable, and the new showers are great!! Highly recommend.”

“we were staying in town to visit barboursville so it’s a quick distance from there. the hotel is less than a minute drive from a few food options so that’s convenient. it’s an interesting location not much around but the hotel itself was clean and beautiful it’s the good quality i can expect from a marriott. the only catch is please make sure you are calling them and confirming their policy i called ahead to confirm i would be able to book and stay as a 20 year old turning 21 soon and they said...

“Stayed 5 nights. Room was very clean, spacious and well stocked. All the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jimmy and Bre. Pool and hot tub was open and very clean. Very good breakfast every morning with several choices. ”

“First room the heat did not work and they switched me to another room. However it was not a refurbished room but okay. Slept well and bed was very comfortable. ”

“Good place to stay. Clean rooms, big bed. Everything worked besides the hot water had its moments. Only complaint is that nobody was at front desk in morning, so breakfast was not served. Great value overall. Five stars ”
