“The resort is very petty in charging for an umbrella on the beach, but chairs are included. We checked in at 3:54 and was told to come back at 4:00 for check in. Again very petty. The lady who sat us at breakfast was rude and then requested a tip for a buffet in which there was no wait staff. I would never stay at this Embassy Suites again! Overall, it was overpriced and made us feel cheap all at once. Yikes.”
