“Property with lots of character. Great location. ”

“This was a fine and inexpensive property to use while visiting downtown Lynchburg. The hotel is quite dated, and some of it appears to be closed or undergoing construction. Nevertheless, the price point and the location are selling points, and I would certainly stay there again for quick visits to Lynchburg.”

“Love this hotel. Staff a the quietness. Just needs more renovations as the door card locks are no working 60% of the time. And the tvs are horrible: hit on miss if remotes work.”

“Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I liked having the sink and shower in 2 different areas. Our refrigerator never worked properly. Water pressure could have been better. Food options were poor. ”

“Staff asked me to scan my card. Then they “had an issue” and asked me to scan it again. I said “I hope you aren’t going to double charge me”. Noticed there were two charges and figured one was a deposit. Bope, they double charged me. Called them on a Tuesday and the assistant manager could see the double charge but couldn’t remove. Said the manager would be there in two hours. Asked for an email, call or text when they refund me. Three days later still no response. I called the hotel two...

“Sheets were changed but remainder of room and bathroom were NOT at all cleaned! Used napkins, spoon, timesheets, crumbs, dog kibble, empty bottle of liquor! Shower drain clogged and we showered with water above our ankles. We went out to eat breakfast and told housekeeper we were returning to brush teeth. We refurned and she was in our room!!!!
