“Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed.
On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

On nous a offert de changer de chambre, mais nous étions déjà déballés et installés. La porte fermée c’était moins bruyant. En espérant que le problème sera réglé pour les suivants.
