  • Ci troviamo a soli 4 km da Viterbo e a 200 metri da Bagnaia e Villa lante. La casa di nuova costruzione è su due livelli entrambi a piano terra ,ha due grandi balconi,una veranda ed è circondata da un ampio e curato giardino dove si trova un bellissimo gazebo e da un frutteto di 5000 metri.Il giardino è interamente recintato, a disposizione piscina privata e barbecue .Disponibilità per gli ospiti di bici tavolo da ping pong e giochi per bambini .

Amazing

Very nice house and large garden incl pool! Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco! Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc. Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed. But still overall a 5 star house! Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous, friendly welcoming hosts, great location, wonderful villa

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious well equipped villa. The gardens are wonderful, well managed , private and beautifully landscaped. We found someting new each day to delight us. The villa had everything we needed for our family of 3 generations. There was a lot to occupy us with the bbq, pizza oven, table tennis, bicycles, trampoline, and of course the good sized pool. There was so much outdoor seating and tables that we didn’t manage to use it all. The location of the villa is good with the village and it’s amenities just a 10 minute walk away or even quicker on the bikes. There are also many tourist attractions within a short driving distance.. And finally the hosts..we had a warm and welcoming reception from Francesco, Carlo and Stefania. Nothing was too much trouble. They were only a phone call away if we needed them. They maintained the pool and gardens regularly and disposed of rubbish. On our departure they were joined by Anna to bid us goodbye. They are a warm and hospitable family who we regard with affection and feel privileged to have met. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable and enjoyable Best Wishes from Lynne, Mick and family

Dejligt hus med flot have

Pragtfuldt hus med masser af plads og en fantastisk have. Vi blev taget godt imod af Francesco, som skaffede både barneseng og barnestol til vores 1-årrige. Rosen fra andre gæster er vi helt enige i.

UNA MEMORABILE VACANZA NATALIZIA A BAGNAIA (VT)

Bagnaia, a dieci minuti da Viterbo, é un paese delizioso, con un antichissimo e bellissimo borgo e con la sorprendente Villa Lante, famosissima per il suo stupendo giardino all'italiana, le sue fontane con artistici giochi d'acqua e l'immenso verdeggiante parco. L'intera zona é ricca di Storia e residenze storiche, di antichi borghi e di una splendida natura. Abbiamo quindi deciso di approfittare delle vacanze natalizie per riunire tutta la famiglia (una parte é arrivata da Milano ed un''altra da Roma) e visitare questi luoghi. Avendo bisogno di diverse camere da letto ed ampi e confortevoli spazi da condividere, abbiamo scelto, aiutati anche dalle minuziose informazioni fornite dal sito, questa bellissima villa circondata da un lussureggiante parco ma, contemporaneamente, a due passi dall'antico borgo e da tutti i sevizi (un fornitissimo supermercato e negozi di prodotti del luogo). La pace e la tranquillità del luogo hanno propiziato i nostri sonni beati. Per chi é appassionato di cavalli, nelle vicinanze c'é anche la possibilità di fare delle belle passeggiate a cavallo nel verde dei bei boschi circostanti. Tutti gli ambienti sono molto confortevoli ed arredati con amorevole gusto. Al nostro arrivo la casa era ben riscaldata, pulitissima ed il grande salone era illuminato da un ricco albero di Natale. I proprietari ci hanno accolto con squisita gentilezza e con benaugurante allegria. Ci hanno fornito con dovizia tutte le indicazioni necessarie e si sono resi disponibili ad ogni nostra ulteriore esigenza, abitando a soli 300 mt. dalla villa. Le due belle cucine sono fornitissime e la biancheria, sia da letto che da bagno, ottima ed abbondante. Noi ci siamo trattenuti per quasi due settimane e non ci é mancato mai niente. In tutta la zona l'aria é purissima, si mangia benissimo a prezzi ragionevoli e tutti sono molto gentili ed ospitali. A fine vacanza, abbiamo salutato e ringraziato i Sigg.ri Cencioni, proprietari della villa, con la promessa di tornare molto presto a ripetere questa bellissima vacanza.

Rundum zufrieden

In einem sehr gepflegen großen umzäunten Garten mit elektrisch fernsteuerbaren Toren konnten wir bedenkenlos auch unsere Kinder herumlaufen lassen. Es gibt ausen jede Menge große Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten großteils sogar Überdacht. Mit den zwei Grills und einem Pizzaofen könnte man draußen große "Partys" feiern. Aber auch die zwei Küchen im inneren ließen keine Wünsche offen. Für unsere Kinder wurden nach Ankunft in Windeseile eine Kinderstuhl und sogar noch Stützräder für die vorhandenen bereitgestellten Fahrräder gebracht. Auch wenn wir die Räder nie nutzten fanden wir es doch sehr bemerkenswert das sich hier die Vermieten ohne Aufforderung anboten die Sachen zu besorgen. Je nach Wetter (bei uns alle zwei Tage) kamen Sie auch kurz wieder um den üppigen Garten zu gießen und nach der Poolanlage zu sehen. Die Bilder sind nicht geschönt und zeigen gar nicht alle besonderen Plätze die das Anwesen zu bieten hat. Die Fenster, Fensterläden und Türen sind neu und halten die Wärme gut draußen. Die Bilder zeigen teilweise nicht mehr die exakte Möblierung, was aber kein Problem ist da dafür mittlerweile eben andere sicher gleichwertige oder größere Tische, Stühle, Dekorationselemente oder Sofas stehen. Der Charakter ist auf jeden Fall der gleiche geblieben. Durch die zwei Tore, Eingänge, Küchen, Bäder und Stockwerke wäre es sogar möglich zwei Familien weitgehend voneinander getrennt unterzubringen. Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) hatten jedenfalls reichlich(!) Platz, waren sehr zufrieden und können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Fantastica vacanza e ospitalità, bellissima casa

La famiglia Cencioni ha una bellissima casa, buoni letti e spaziose camere, le belle cucine complete. I bagni bei e spaziosi. Tutto perfetto. La piscina e bella e i mobili fuori sono confortevoli. Tutto a posto. Viterbo, Bagnaia belle citte, sono ristoranti bene vicino. Ma l'ospitalità dalla famiglia e fabuloso. Molto gentile e mentre erano la per l'irrigazione delle piante e pulire la piscina avevamo avuto sempre una piacevole conversazione. A l'ultima sera signore Cencioni ha fatto due grande pizza per noi!! Che ospitalità!!! Grazie mille e ci vediamo il prossimo anno! Cordiali saluti da Olanda, Nunzio Calia

Very comfortable house and beautiful garden

Greetings from Finland! The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. Well treated garden was incredible beautiful with lot of trees with fruits and berries. The house was in very peaceful area. It was still fast to walk to Bagnaia center. Swimming pool was very clean and big enough. Kids loved to swim in the pool and play in the garden. Host of the house was very nice and friendly. Overall we were very satisfied to this house and garden. I recommend it to everyone who is interested to rent a house from Italy. Day trip to Rome center was easy to do by train from Viterbo(1h 40minutes).

Great place to stay for our family

We had a great stay here! The place is beautiful house with a huge garden and a nice swimming pool. The kids loved being here. There are many fruit trees, beautiful flowers and various activities in the garden. House was big enough for two families and the area is peaceful. Local village Bagnaia is nice with few good restaurants, cafes and stores. The garden has even a pizza oven which we used with a great success. I think we made betters pizzas than few restaurants do! :) Francesco was really friendly and helped us with everything. Special thanks to Carlo for showing his turtles to us. The children loved it! We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, wonderful vacation, bella vacanza

Wir verbrachten bereits ein drittes Mal (von 22. August bis 09. September) einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Bagnaia Die Vermieterfamilie sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Leute. Wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gibt sind sie sofort zur Stelle. (als wir einmal irrtümlich das WLAN deaktiviert hatten, konnte Francesco es sofort wieder reparieren) Das Haus ist geräumig gut eingerichtet und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der sehr große voll eingezäunte Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt und war für unseren kleinen Hund ein richtiges Paradies zum herumtollen. We spend already a third time (from 22nd of August till 9th of September) a wonderful vacation in Bagnaia. The landlord family are very nice and courteous people. If there are any problems, they quickly show up (when we once mistakenly deactivated the WLAN, Francesco was able to repair it very quickly) The house is spacy, well-furnished and equipped with all you need. The large enclosure garden is gorgeous, well cultivated a tremendous and was a little paradise for our little dog to romp around. Abbiamo trascorso già una terza volta (dal 22 agosto al 9 settembre) una bella vacanza a Bagnaia La famiglia del padrone di casa è molto gentile e cortese. Se ci sono problemi, sono sul posto. (una volta disattivata erroneamente la WLAN, Francesco è stato in grado di ripararlo immediatamente) La casa è spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il grande giardino completamente recintato è ben tenuto ed è stato per il nostro cagnolino un vero paradiso per scatenarsi.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday

What an excellent holiday. An appreciated warm welcome & tour of the facilities by Francesco & his team. We could not ask for any more than this villa provided. Clean, beautifully appointed, plenty of space & well equipped. Many places to sit, eat & play games. We enjoyed using the pizza oven, endless hours in the large well kept pool & resting listening to the crickets. We did venture out & were able to walk into the village which offered a good eatery, friendly bar & satisfied basic shopping needs. Villa Lante at the top of the village was an enjoyable stroll up hill. A short drive took us to other interesting villages with plenty of history. Would definitely recommend this place & hope to return in the future. Many thanks to Francesco & his team for providing such a good experience for us.

gerade erst zurück gekommen, und schon vermisse ich dieses wundervolle Kleinod sehr. Einfach traumhaft: wundervoller Garten, fantastischer Pool, großzügiges Haus und die Vermieter, Francesco und Carlo, sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Wir, 7 Freunde und ein ein Hund, haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo trascorso per la seconda volta una bella vacanza a Bagnaia. I locatori Francesco e suo padre sono delle persone molto gentili e simpatiche. La casa è molto spaziosa ben arredata, pulita e c'è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Il giardino è immenso, ben curato e pure il nostro cagnolino poteva correre in giro. Wir verbrachten bereits ein zweites Mal einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Bagnaia Die Vermieter Francesco und sein Vater sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Leute. Das Haus ist geräumig gut eingerichtet und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt und riesig und auch unser kleiner Hund konnte herumtollen. Immer wieder schön!

Wir sind nun schon das dritte Mal zu Besuch gewesen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Der Urlaub war wie immer wunderbar! Angereist mit 7 Personen und einem Hund erlebten wir zwei erholsame Wochen. Ausflugsziel war dieses Mal der "Tornado Beach" bei Tarquinia, der mit hohen Wellen und kräftigen Böen seinem Namen alle Ehre machte. Spaßfaktor pur, der in nur 50 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht werden kann. Natürlich schlenderten wir auch wieder durch die Altstadt in Viterbo. Sehenswert ist zu dem der Lago di Vico, in der Nähe von Viterbo, sowie der Bolsena See. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und man schläft wunderbar in den Betten. Es gibt einfach alles was man braucht, egal ob Wäsche oder Küchenutensilien. Wir kochten oder grillten täglich , und fanden dafür alles ausreichend vor. Am Abend saßen wir oft um einen großen Feuertopf, und hatten tolle Abendstunden. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, eine Rutschbahn und Schaukeln, sowie Tischtennis, Tischfußball, einen Basketballkorb. Die Früchte der vielen Obstbäume schmeckten herrlich und durften von uns jederzeit gepflückt werden. Danke an Francesco und Familie für den wieder einmal sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt in der Villa.

Aan te bevelen vakantieverblijf

La Ficoncella is een ruim en verzorgd vakantieverblijf zowel binnen als buiten. Het is gelegen aan de rand van een levendig dorpje. Alles is er aanwezig : bakker, kruidenierszaak, apotheek, fijn restaurant ... Een goed uitvalbasis om heel wat gevarieerde (natuur, cultuur, ....) uitstapjes te doen. Ook op het vakantieverblijf kan je zeker niet vervelen. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam en attent zonder zich op te dringen. Wij hebben zin om alvast terug te keren. Tip voor de eigenaar : sterker internet voorzien en douchemogelijkeid in het bad boven. Familie Claerebout Juli/Augustus 2017

Amazing villa with lovely fruit garden!

We were two families with four adults and four children (16,14,12,8 years) who really enjoyed to stay at the La Ficoncella. Despite our late arrival to the villa the host was patiently waiting at the house to give us a welcome and introduction to the facilities. It was a bit hard to find the house when we arrived despite an address since we arrived after sunset and there were hardly any lighting along the main road SP Aquarossa passing the villa. The villa corresponded to our expectations, however you need to bring your own consumables like toilet paper, dish and washing detergents. Bed linen and towels we found plenty of. We used almost all equipment (stove, oven, microwave, dish machine, washing machine, iron, hair dryer etc.) in the house and everything worked just fine! The kids enjoyed feeding the fish and turtle in the aquarium! Both adults and kids enjoyed using the basketball, table tennis, football games outside. The surrounding in the garden with trees, flowers, fruit trees were very relaxing and a superb contrast to the more stressful visit to Rome. The pool and pavilion were constantly used and appreciated by everyone and we ate all meals there. We also used some of the bikes to get to Bagnaia centre. There is small supermarket (~1 km) in Bagnaia but since we had rental cars we more often went to the large mall Ipercoop in Viterbo (~4 km) for food. Eating dinner we recommend Il Borgo in Bagnaia centre and the beautiful rural restaurant I Giardini di Ararat up in the hills (~5 km), make a reservation! We made more distant trips to Rome (by train from Viterbo), Florence (by car), Ninfa Garden (amazing) in Latina and the charming mountain village Norma. Closer visits in Civita di Bagnoregio (wounderful!), lake Bolsena (nice bath in a volcanic lake) and Montefiascone nearby. We also of course made visits in the midevil parts of Bagnaia and the beautiful gardens at Villa Lante, Viterbo and also found the waterfall Aquarossa just a few km from the house. Great villa and very helpful owners

We enjoyed the whole period of two weeks. Location was good, our two families could easily take a walk to Bagnaia's shops and restaurants. We also tried out pretty much every bicycle provided by the owners. The owners were easy to contact and they helped us with various kinds of questions, in the villa and even in the village! They were willing to fullfill even our smallest wishes and made our holiday very smooth. We visited nearby towns by cars, two rented road bicycles (Veloce, www.rentalbikeitaly.com) and Rome by train from Viterbo. We can recommend Lido di Tarquinia (beach), Montefiascone, Lago di Vico and Civita di Bagnoregio. La Spagetteria in Viterbo was one of our favourite restaurants and in Bagnaia we found the best ice creams and dining place in Il Borgo. We found plenty of great red wines, local white wine (Est! Est!! Est!!!) and even local craft beer Birra Turan only 300 meters from the house! The garden with fruit trees offered a great place to play and also fresh fruits for the breakfast. Kids had fun by the pool and adults enjoyed the bat show in the evenings :) The outdoor dining area by the pool was the best place for the dinners. The house was suitable for two families (8 persons). Car is needed for convenient transportation around and we also recommend learning the basics of italian since many of the locals don't speak english.

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas ausserhalb des Ortes und ist deshalb für Familien mit Kindern oder Haustieren (Hunde) sehr zu empfehlen. Keine direkten Nachbarn, die gestört werden könnten. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn während des Aufenthaltes Wünsche geäußert werden, z.B. "Eine Glühlampe ist defekt, bitte austauschen", schaffen die Vermieter sofort Abhilfe. Der Pool wird im Abstand von 2 Tagen gereinigt, obwohl die automatische Umwälzanlage perfekt funktioniert.

Wundervolles Haus - in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Italien

So muss Urlaub sein ... Ein wunderbares Haus im noch ursprünglichen Italien, abseits vom typischen Tourismus. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und perfekt für zwei Familien, wie wir es waren. Jeder hat seinen privaten Bereich und doch gibt es auch genügend Platz für gemeinsame Dinge. Ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit ländlichem Flair, Obstbäumen und Olivenbäumen. Das Grundstück ist so groß das man eine Weile benötigt um es zu erkunden. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim entdecken. Super Pool in einem gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Tierwelt ist nicht verachten, wir hatten Besuch von Geckos die überall auf dem Grundstück unterwegs sind und sogar Skorpione haben uns besucht - Landleben. Alles tägliche zum Leben findet man in einigen hundert Meter Entfernung in Bagnaia. Ein wundervolles Städtchen zum liebhaben. Alles weitere gibt es in Viterbo. Eine Stadt die man gesehen haben muss. Die Vermieter, Francesco und sein Vater sind wie eine Familie. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Trotz einiger Sprachprobleme fühlte man die Herzlichkeit sofort. Vielen Dank für einen wundervollen Urlaub.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Kurzform: der Urlaub war genauso wie vor 2 Jahren.Spitze! Wir hatten unseren Spaß beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Poolen abendlichem Zusammensitzen und bei Ausflügen nach Viterbo, Villa Lante und Tarquinia. Unser jüngster war begeistert von den Goldfischen und begrüßte diese jeden frühen Morgen. Eine Hängematte, direkt am Pool,hat zum entspannten Lesen eingeladen. Das Plätschern des Wassers, die warmen Sonnenstrahlen rundeten das Lesevergnügen ab. Mit 6 jungen Erwachsenen, einem Baby und einem großen Hund haben wir zu 9. den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Villa mit einem gepflegtem Garten , in einer ruhigen Lage nicht weit entfernt von Viterbo. Empfehlenswert! Beinahe fühlen wir uns dort schon wie zu Hause, kennen die Gegend und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Viele Grüße

Underbar villa i lugn omgivning

Vi är två familjer som har bott i "la Ficoncella" en vecka i juni. Huset uppfyllde mer än väl alla våra förväntningar. Stort hus med en lägenhet på varje våning (låsbar dörr mellan våningarna). Totalt tre toaletter, en diskmaskin, två tvättmaskiner. Sängkläder och handdukar och badlakan fanns att låna. Allt kändes rent och fräscht. Poolområdet älskades av barnen. Poolen är 140 cm djup över hela så armpuffar är bra till mindre barn. I den välskötta trädgården finns citroner, fikon, plommon, björnbär, oliver, päron mm som bara är att äta ur. Cyklar av olika storlek är fritt att använda. Till Bagnaia centrum är det ca 1200m. Där finns en bra mataffär och några restauranger. Ill Borgo har bäst Gelato i Italien tycker vi och vår bästa middag intogs på hotel Biscetti. Kan även rekommendera en utflykt till Civita ett par mil norrut. Francesco själv talar ingen engelska men hans flickvän tolkade och de kändes verkligen vänliga och tillmötesgående om man har några önskemål.
