“This was an amazing experience. It was one of our first resort experiences and as a family it was perfect. There was so much for the kids to do, and we really could stay within the resort and have a great time. There were some good activities (snorkelling, diving, boating, jet skis) which were bookable and departing from Radisson Blu as well which was amazing. “Great location. Natadola beach is stunning. Our beach bungalow was right next to the garbage storage but with nice view. Food at the restaurant is good even though it doesn't vary a lot. Overall the staff is very nice, would just need some help on organization (e.g. messing up orders at the restaurant, room was very hot when we got there) and guidance on service excellence: for what you pay you would expect better service. “Hotel pulito ma fuori mano. Visitato d'inverno per cui non abbiamo fatto il bagno. Comunque spiaggia inesistente e bassa marea sino alle 14. Camera pulita e bagno mito grande con vasca idromassaggio.”
