“Unfortunately, our experience at The Beach House was quite disappointing. The staff were not very helpful or welcoming, and the food was quite average.
The room was also very dark and unfortunately had cobwebs, which made it feel like it had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
Overall, we expected a much better experience and were disappointed with the quality of the service, food, and room. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future guests”

“This is not a swanky resort. Seems to be used mostly by divers for a night or two. We stayed at Wyndham Garden Wailoaloa beach the night before our flight back to New Zealand because of its vicinity to the airport and the shuttle.
We had a fourth floor suite and it was lovely, contemporary and comfortable - with a massive screen tv. The view was lovely and especially at sunset.

“To stay at Crusoe‘s retreat is to go back in time. I live in Hawaii and the feeling was of how it must have been at least 60 years ago. I loved the simplicity of the resort.
I brought my own mask and snorkel, but they have sets you can use for free. They also have kayaks you can use for free.
An authentic village is close by and one of my friends suggested bringing things like crayons and pencils. They were very grateful.
