“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. “I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Location is convenient as the apartment is only at 15 minutes walk from the main train station, moreover it’s very near the lake and surrounded by several restaurants. There are plenty of buses connecting the apartment with the city. Communication and check-in were faboulous, James was extremely quick in answering. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd...

"La sistemazione è in una posizione comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Per il livello di comfort offerto il prezzo è un po' alto ma prevedibile in una località svizzera in piena stagione. Tuttavia dobbiamo segnalare un doppio errore: prima ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno al doppio del prezzo previsto. Per fortuna ci siamo accorti e ci hanno accordato il rimborso (senza scusarsi). Un errore può capitare, salvo che al check-out la tassa di soggiorno ci è stata chiesta nuovamente. Ho dovuto fare vedere gli addebiti sulla mia carta di credito per evitare di pagarla di nuovo!"
