Questa moderna casa per le vacanze con 4 camere da letto offre a famiglie e coppie un'ottima vacanza.

La casa è composta da una grande cucina open space, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e aria condizionata a ciclo inverso. Altre caratteristiche includono tavolo da biliardo, TV satellitare, DVD e impianto stereo e wifi gratuito. C'è anche un parcheggio coperto nella parte posteriore della proprietà con doppio accesso carraio. Offriamo l'uso gratuito in loco di due kayak con giubbotti di salvataggio per adulti e bambini per esplorare i tranquilli e pittoreschi corsi d'acqua del fiume Harriet.
La casa può ospitare fino a 11 persone, la camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un ampio bagno privato con vista sul fiume Harriet e accesso al ponte anteriore. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e letto singolo e la quarta camera ha un letto a castello e un letto singolo, tutte sono servite dal secondo bagno con vasca e servizi igienici separati.
La proprietà è situata su un doppio blocco circondato da vegetazione naturale e ospita molti animali selvatici autoctoni come wallaby, koala ed echidna. La parte anteriore della proprietà vanta un grande ponte, barbecue a 4 fuochi e sala da pranzo all'aperto e offre una magnifica vista sul fiume Harriet. Siediti e goditi la privacy e la serenità con una bottiglia in omaggio di "Fleurieu Vines" Cabernet Sauvignon e guarda il tramonto. Fai una breve passeggiata per la spettacolare premiata Vivonne Bay Beach. La baia e la spiaggia più grande e accessibile della costa meridionale e la migliore spiaggia per nuotare e fare surf.
Il Vivonne Bay Store è aperto 7 giorni su 7 e vende carburante, alcolici, forniture generali e una varietà di cibi e bevande. Assicurati di indulgere in uno dei loro famosi Whiting Burgers.
Vivonne Bay è uno dei luoghi più famosi dell'isola del canguro: è robusto, bello e ospita alcune delle attrazioni preferite dell'isola, Seal Bay Conservation Park, Little Sahara, Raptor Domain, Kangaroo Island Azione all'aperto per tour guidati in quad, Bush Getaway Avventure, Sandboard e Paintball. Lovely stay at Vivonne Bay

This property is gorgeous. A very private setting with beautiful views of river and bush and we had stunning sunsets to enjoy. The two kyaks were such a bonus as the river was glassy for 2 days while we there. The pool table was fun too even though in need of repair and levelling. A superb spot to go.

Pleasantly surprised at this lovely place

We had a great time hanging out and playing pool at this property. It was well appointed with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, including great coffee and the basics (salt, pepper, tea, oil etc). We found the house to be spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. The kayaks were a great added bonus and we loved sitting out on the decking to watch the sunset. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic spot beach and river relaxing in one great location

We had three nights stay here. Really not long enough. Loved the location easy walk to the beach and river. Great spot to take the provided kayaks for a spin. The local wildlife would pop up every night when we had tea on the balcony, such a wonderful experience. House was huge, comfortable and clean. Great home for a few families. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Vivonne Bay. The house was in a beautiful location with views over the river and a short walk to an amazing beach. The house was great with everything we needed and the kids loved playing pool and I enjoyed the spacious balcony. I’m hoping people continue to visit KI after the fires as this area and house is a place not to be missed.

Brilliant location, great house

This property had everything we needed (plus some) and was in a great location. Vivonne Bay has an incredible beach and is also close to many of the main attractions on the island. We were there during a heat wave but still didn't need to use the aircon due to the large verandahs on both sides of the house. It was a great home to return to after 42 degree heat elsewhere on the island. The kayaks were also great and we used these daily.

Good Location

This house is in a good location for activities on the central, south, and west side of Kangaroo Island. We really enjoyed our stay because of the convenient location. Unfortunately the wifi at the house wasn't really working. We could connect, but we couldn't email or send pictures from our phones. We contacted the owners, who were very responsive. They informed us that the previous guests must have used all the data and we were out of luck. This was very frustrating for us since we reserved that house over others because it had wifi. We could have stayed somewhere else in the area for less. There was sand in one of the beds and we pulled a blanket out to curl up on the couch with and it was also sandy and full of grass spurs. I assume a previous guests used it in the yard and just put it away dirty, but we spent quite a bit of time trying to clean it up and pick spurs out of our clothing.

We enjoyed our stay, it is a big house and would suit a large family . The birds and wallabies were lovely to watch (and feed) Beds are comfortable. The pool table provided a few laughs! The cleanliness was a bit below average, but because some vehicles wiz past at high speeds it creates a lot of dust, and we found there were lots of mozzies. An outside area to clean fish would save having to do them inside. We would return due to the fantastic location. Thank you

Great house. Had all we needed and was close to so many attractions. The kayaks were great and wallabies came up to the door. Recommend visiting Admirals Arch, Seal Bay, Raptors Domain, Rematkable Rocks and so mych more. We will be back!

Chris W Central to the major natural attractions Finders Chase NP,Seal Bay,Kelly Hill Caves,Remarkable Rocks, Hanson Bay Beach,Admirals Arch,Vivonne Bay as well as Raptor Domain and Light Houses.You can be active here or just chillout on the large elevated veranda with views, play pool walk on the lovely beach.One week wasn't long enough will be back.

Very Clean great location for fantastic walks

Loved the property was spacious, clean and stove, oven and washing machine worked well. Convenient location for touring and the beautiful beach was walking distance. Brian was great to work with and promptly answered and queries. Would definitely use property again.

Great property in a convenient location

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our stay on Kangaroo Island at the Vivonne Bay Island getaway . We loved the easy access to the river for fishing and kayaking , and the location of the house half way along the coast made it easy to get to the main attractions. Well equipped house which made for a relaxing holiday enjoyed by everyone in our group.

I recommend taking your own linen if you can. Kitchen had everything we needed except salt and pepper and sugar so just need to bring your own. Easy
