“DVD player was still broken, wifi weak, which meant minimal access to streaming tv. Email link for location still wrong and ended up in middle of no where in night. Bedroom is beside carport with only access from outside. Must remove garbage on our own. Clean main space, 15 mins from volcano national park. ”

“I didn’t actually stay there. I had reserved the entire property in may and december23, the Monday before we were supposed to arrive the owner said they were no longer able to accommodate us. They asked me to cancel the stay in order to receive a refund and didn’t answer any calls or emails for help in finding an alternative. Vrbo gave me a credit but was unable to help secure lodging at the last minute (we were already on the island). The volcano erupted Monday so maybe that had something to do...
